Model Reviewed: Cleveland 588 mb

The endo forged 588 cleveland mb is one of the softest feeling clubs I have ever hit. I have owned the mp-4,mp-5,srixon z945, etc, and imo, these are possibly the best mb money can buy.
For those familiar with the grooves on sone of their wedges, the same trend continues here, pushing the boundaries of usga legality (they are legal) though you can get them without the zip grooves. Some may find they spin too much, but if you play knowing your ball will stop on a dime on the green, strategize.
Placed beside mizuno, titleist 690.mb, and srixon, they have the thinnest sole and top line. Near perfect turf interaction and easily cut through difficult rough. Much of what is written can be transferred to the cavity back version as well. One of, if not the best cb I've played. I now own 2.5 sets of these clubs, all with s300 shafts, thought 1.5 with lamkin grips, and 1 with black white golf pride.
I would say the mbs are for anyone with a consistent, repeatable, controlled swing. MB's are not for those who pull the club past parallel to shoulders, but those who hit a six iron like a six should be hit, head in line with the sky.
Distance is good for players irons and lofts are all players lofts (34 7 iron, 46 wedge)
