Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: KASCO K2K 01 - 11 degrees stock stiff shaft Summary: Recently plagued with driver issues and gave up on "distance is king" thoughts. My swing has been off and I needed to get the ball back in the fairway to keep from my scores skyrocketing.
Ran into the K2K 01 at 2GOLF for $25.
Looked up reviews on this website and the clubtest 2002. Sounded like it could at least cure my woes until I could get my swing sorted out. Hit it in the store, swapped a wedge and $10 for it and took it to the course.
First impression was not so good, but it was my swing - not the club. Took it to the range and worked with it a little bit only to find that my teeing it up like a utlity club or off a nice lie it is remarkable. Second round with it I tried the same thing and found that if you treat it like a 3 wood or utility club it DELIVERS remarkable results! JUST LONGER & Straight, straight, straight. The trajectory is a BORING and the sound is powerful. If you are looking for a consistent driver that can also be used off the deck you should consider this club.
It's not the longest driver out there but playing from the fairway makes more sense to me right now.
Who could argue with a $25 club that delivers both? Customer Service: not used Similar Products Used: I have used many drivers including GBB, TM540,TM510TP,TITLEIST 975D & 975LFE to name a few. I would categorize this club as more than a driver because it can be used off the deck as well. Could KASCO have been ahead of it's time and created a UTILITY DRIVER?

Shoots in the 100s Model Reviewed: kasco k2k01 11 deg. reg. Summary: I've been having a lot of trouble teeing off with my driver in the past 6 months, either slicing or hooking badly. Finally, gave up and teed off with my utility wood instead, which is pretty straight.
Came across this driver during a sale and liked the fact that it's shaped like a utility wood and has a short shaft for a driver (44 inches).
Experimented for a few rounds and found that if I positioned the ball in the same manner as my utility wood, it behaved like one, except that the distance is much longer!
For me, the ball position is off the insole of the left foot and the club looks closed on address. Ball height is 1 cm above ground and all I have to do is think of sweeping the ball into the air. Works each time!!
Just to give an idea of the distance, my cleveland TA5 6 iron (reg shaft) goes 150-160 yds. This driver goes 240-250 yds and is straight everytime!
Ideal for anyone who is comfortable with utility woods but bad with conventionally shaped drivers! Customer Service: never tried Similar Products Used: Callaway GBB2+
Adams Redline
Mizuno T-zoid comp

Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: Kasco K2K 01 Driver 11* stiff Summary: Purchased this driver after having consistant drives that end up in the fairway. The club has an unorthodox look before you address the ball. Once doing so, the different look is not noticeable. I have only hit it so far on the driving range but have great results so far. The ball seems to only want to go straight with a piercing mid-trajectory. All of my mis-hits (due to getting to quick with my hands) went off to the right (I am left-handed). Although not the longest driver I have tried, it gave me 240-260 yards when hit in the screws. I score better when in the fairway (who doesn't) and the Kasco looks as if it will deliver in that regard. Great tee-off club for any handicap player in my opinion. For the price I was able to acquire, it was a steal of a deal. Customer Service: None so far. Similar Products Used: Cally GBB II, Ping TiSi & TEC, Wilson Deep Red 305cc, Cobra SS350.

Shoots in the 100s Model Reviewed: Kasco K2K 01 Summary: On the smaller size for a driver but I have never much liked the large heads anyway.I feel that the large head deal is maybe only good for fast swing speeds.I seem to be able to hit this driver further than the large head drivers. It has a nice look at address.Nice head cover.Good price now on Ebay.
I have used this driver at the range and played one game-very pleased with the club.mine is a 9.5 degree.Yes its possible to hit it off the deck-I tryed it and yes most of the time I can get it up.I would say that my good hits are about 250 yards to 260 yards. Not a great distance but I am not a long hitter. My club is reg shaft.I would say this is a excellent club for all golfers even beginners. Customer Service: Have not used Similar Products Used: Ram 420, Taylor Made Super Steel 9.5 degree,TM 580,many many drivers from the pro shop

Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: Kasco k2k 01 Summary: Using the 11 degree version with the regular shaft this is the most reliable driver I have used, greatly reducing curvature leftward. Distance seems more than acceptable and similar to Titanium drivers. As easy to hit as k2k 33, though with a bit less feel and not quite as reliable off the deck!It is beautifully constructed and swings smoothly with its lowish profile head. Greatly underated, especially at discounted prices around at present.Ideal for mid to high handicap players off the tee or low handicap players as a storming fairway machine. Customer Service: Not used. Similar Products Used: Yonex Titanium Plus, Ping i3
