Summary: I have has a TM Tour Burner 9.5 degree stiff stock reax shaft for a few months. This club looks slightly unusual but it has played terrific. long, forgiving, easy to transition from previous driver. The stock shaft is acceptable so far and the face is not too closed like some drivers. If you want improved accuracy and an occasional real long drive with a smoother than usual swing get a Tour Burner.
Customer Service: never used them
Similar Products Used: have hit almost all new drivers in cage. I own Cleveland HIbore XL, Callaway FT-3 and Taylormade R7425.

Model Reviewed: Taylormade Tour Burner 10.5 R
Summary: Just bought the tour burner off ebay. I've only been playing for about two months. This is a pretty good driver, a little hard to hit for me though. If I had another chance, i'd probably buy the superquad or the r7 cgb max for the extra forgiveness.
Customer Service: put a small dent in the face off the club after about 2 rounds, customer service wouldn't help me becuase i changed the standard taylormade golf pride grip to a midsize golf pride

Summary: I player the R7 Quad for so long and loved that clug so much. The face caved in on me eventually and I receved a free Taylor Made Tour Burner as compensation. Originally, I was pissed because I just wanted the R7 Quad 425 and would have re-shafted it, but Taylor Made denied. Anyway, I have an 8.5 Degree and re-shafted to Aldila 75S and this club is pretty bad ass. A nice easy swing and good tempo will get you distance and you can shape shots pretty accurately. Only downside to this club is that it hits to high and smash factor has increased.
Customer Service: Since I got this driver free from my R7 that I got free, I would say awesome

Summary: I have the tour burner tp with the 75 gram rombax shaft in xtra stiff. I absolutely love this club. Easiest club to hit straight ever. Super hot off the face. I have tried most every name brand driver, and I can say this is probably the best driver ever made. Pick one up now, if you can.
