Summary:
Mediocre club! Doesn’t have the forgiveness of the Kasco E-Spec series. Irregular hitting patterns. I have an 85-95 swing speed but can't hit a consistent drive with this club. I own three Kasco E-Spec clubs (22/44/55) and hit all very well and consistently. Wanted a long 3 wood to use as a driver but the KC-103 is not the right club. It may be the shaft. The KC-103 fairway wood has a 3.5 torque shaft versus the 4.3 torque shaft on the E-Spec and F-Spec Kasco fairway clubs. Overall, very frustrating as to why this club is not producing the results promised by Kasco and Edwin Watts. I probably should have purchased the Callaway Big Bertha or F-Spec fairway wood versus the KC-103 fairway wood. Using my Kasco (#33) 16 degree which I can get 195-215 yards until solve the KC-103 fairway issue (maybe a re-shaft will help).

Customer Service:
Poor customer service from both Kasco home office and Edwin Watts (on line) sales. Little help in fitting with the correct 3 wood to use even though I provided both Kasco and Edwin Watts my swing speed, handicap and the type of clubs I was hitting well. I was told the KC-103 fairway wood is for “better players” but, at the same time, told my 85-95 swing speed is more than sufficient to get good distance with the club.
