Shoots in the 70s Model Reviewed: Titleist 904 f Summary: I've been playing with Callaway Great Big Bertha Hawkeye Titanium Fairway woods for a number of years, until I tried the Titleist 904 f. I play on a really exposed course on cliff tops in Scotland so wind is always an issue. The 904 f fitted with Nvida Aldila Stiff shaft is really special. the flight into the wind is true, straight and penetrating. Try these clubs when you get a chance they can definitely change your game. Also bought a set of Titleist 755 irons, I'm very impressed with the quality you get from TITLEIST. Shoots in the 70s Model Reviewed: Titleist 904F 15* 3 Wood YS-6+ Stiff Summary: Well I already had the 905T 9.5* driver with the YS-6 Stiff shaft in it and love it. The matching 904F 15* 3 wood with the YS-6 fairway wood shaft is a perfect fit! The shaft is very stable and gets the ball launching at a perfect mid-trajectory.
Titleist fairway woods have been known for the 'click' sound, not a metallic ping, which is what I like even more about the 904F. Such a great sounding club and it feels so soft.
A very workable 3 wood I can hit the high-cut shots and low-boring draws. I've used this club to hit shots anywhere from 225-265. This club slides effortlessly through thick rough and tight lies to get the ball airborne as well.
I bought this club on eBay and the matching headcover is always a plus, best 3 wood I have ever owned...period. Similar Products Used: Titleist 905T 9.5* w/ YS-6 Stiff

Shoots in the 70s Model Reviewed: Titleist 904f Summary: I have always wanted to purchase the Titleist 3(15 degrees) and 5 wood (19) so started a new job and went out and bought them. O MY GOD was I glad I did. The best club I bought and thinking I will ever buy. So easy to hit. Bought it with a stiff shaft. Barely have to swing and boom!!!! brilliant.
Thanks Titleist

Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: 904F 19 deg & 22 deg Summary: I was reading a review I wrote on the 904F 15 deg back on June 15, 2006 and thought I would add some additional comments about these fairway woods...since then I have added 2 more 904Fs to my bag...a 19* and a 22*..both with the Graphite Design YS-6+ shaft...These clubs have become my favorites! These are the best fairway woods I have ever owned and I've gone through quite a few! I absolutely love playing these clubs and with a good swing the ball just rockets off the face with a low penetrating trajectory that climbs and lands softly...There has been many a time when I have hit 5 wood into the green from 180 + out and landed it softly..my 7 wood I have used on longer par 3s with a lot of success! Generally these clubs are designed for the "better player" but I personally feel that with a good swing these clubs are pure money! The feeling of good contact is incredible! Plus these are just great looking clubs! My 22* I actually picked up off of ebay for a mere $60! Considering that I bought my 15* over a year ago at a local Golfsmith for around $200..the 22* was a steal!
Titleist is known for making clubs for more traditional minded tastes and I can see why...The classic pear shape is pleasing as you look down on your shot and the feeling of confidence you get before you hit your shot is wonderful!
I'm very happy with these fairway woods and I'm sure they will be in my bag for a long time! Customer Service: NA Similar Products Used: Taylormade 300 Tour Series, Titleist 975F

Shoots in the 90s Model Reviewed: Titleist 904F 3, 5 and 7 metal woods Summary: After having some problems with consistency with my 905T driver (and leaving it at home) I began using my 904F 3 wood as a driver. I was amazed at how much more accurate I was with only about a 10-15 yd less drive than my driver. Rarely am I off the fairway. When my swing is on I have no need for a driver. Many times my friends will out drive me, yet I'll be on the green right with them, because I know where my ball is going and I can play smarter. This new way of thinking in course management has helped me lower my scores. The 904F has a beautiful look at address. It just looks professional and the sound at impact is music to my ears. Very confidence inspiring. I have at times hit the 3 wood 200 yards off the grass to drive a green.
I will say that the 5 wood is also good, and only a bit shorter (10-15 yards) but I have not had success hitting the 7 wood for some reason. Since discovering the Mizuno CLK Fli-hi hybrids I've had no need for a 7 or even a 5 wood anymore.
I do, however, highly recommend the 904F 3 wood! Customer Service: Excellent when ordered 690.CB irons. Similar Products Used: Adams Tight Lie (?).
