Ok,
Here's the deal once again for your literary pleasure.
I am a true fan of the game of golf and and even bigger fan of the callaway brand. Objective as much as I can be, but a fan nonetheless of one of the greatest brands the game has ever known.
That being said, being the hopeless sentimental I am for vintage or "more mature" clubs; and resistant to going out and paying through the roof for the latest and greatest (re-worked and polished) equipment that comes out every year, I recently purchased a VFT Pro 15 degree and it absolutely sends the ball!!!!! Granted, I do have a swing speed with my woods in excess of 115 mph, but that notwithstanding, this club is a fantastic value for the performance. It is pleasing to the eye, but the head is on the smallish side so set up and spacing from your body is crucial. At any rate, if your swing is on plane the ball flight is Strong and Long! Oh, did I also mention Straight! If you're resourceful, you can find these on ebay $75 $100. Even better, check your local golf store for trade clearance sales. You won't be sorry.

Callaway VFT 15* Pro Summary:
Ah the 3 wood...we demand for it to be long, forgiving and precise in our shots. Even when our game isnt always there. I like the basic looks at the address to start off. Clean, pleasing to the eye and it does have a small sized head, which I always prefer. I replaced the shaft w/a Grafalloy ProLite 35r, & I find the flight to be a strong trajectory off the deck. I have a smooth tempo, and for my swing speed (95), it rewards me with length that I dont deserve to get. I havent stayed up with the latest technology in fairway woods, there may have been improvements, but if you take a look in my bag, I tend to hang onto old favorites. I dont mind giving up distance if I can inmprove on accuracy. Similar Products Used:
Callaway Ti Warbird 3, TaylorMade Spoon, TayorMade 16* Pittsburg (which is still in my bag).

Hawkeye Pro Series fairway woods(3&5) Summary:
I had first purchased the Hawkeye Pro Series driver after one great driving round with it as a demo. I now have the complete wood set. I can honestly say that these are THE fairway woods to have. I had been using a #3&5 Warbird previous to these, and tried out a few others, but none even came close to distance, feel, control and shot trajectory. I have increased distance in my 3 wood from 225 to almost 260, and can easily fly 235 with the 5 wood if a need to. A nice 3 yard draw off the face everytime. I now know what golf should feel like. Too bad the line is being replaced, even the new Big Bertha II lineup doesn't feel this sweet, and the Steelhead III's don't hold a candle to the feel and control of the Hawkeye. Customer Service:
Great customer service when i called and needed some questions answered. In Canada, somewhat lacking (no one is ever there, it seems), but overall, A+. Similar Products Used:

Callaway Hawkeye VFT Pro Series 10.5 Firm flex driver Summary:
This driver is the best driver i have hit my whole life and I've tryed alot of drivers such as the Titleist 975J, Callaway Big Bertha III, and the Nike forged titanium drivers. This one stuck out above the rest of them and I hit it about 10 yards farther with the Hawkeye VFT Pro Series Driver and it goes straighter than the nike driver 9 out 10. Similar Products Used:
