Summary:
I bought this a while ago for 30 each. It was such a steal. I have been tinkering with my swing lately and have figured out how to hit these clubs. At best i am hitting the 5 wood about 165 and the 3 wood 175 not including roll. These are great clubs. i switched back from my ping g2's and i am not looking back.

Summary:
I had an old Ping Eye 3 wood that I had used for years and hit well. For some reason, I went out and bought this Warbird 3-metal anyway. It's a good club, but if you fight a hook like I do, you'd be best to look elsewhere if my experience is any indication. The clubhead feels very light - almost too light, in my opinion. That led to a couple of problems. First, I had no feel whatsover for where the clubhead was during my swing and it made troubleshooting during the round (or at the range for that matter) very difficult. Second, it turned my hook/draw into a snap hook or at best, a pull hook. I bought it as a "get it in the fairway" club for off the tee, but I abandoned it completely after struggling with it for a couple of years. I was way more accurate and longer with my old Ping Eye.

I think the feathery light clubhead works well for the majority of the golfing population who fight a slice - it's much easier to square the clubhead. However, if your misses curve left in some form or another, I'd look elsewhere.

Summary:
I switched from GBB2's to these in an effort to become more accurate. It works. I lost about 15-20 yards but that isnt a problem because distance is not a problem for me. This is great off the tee. The steel shaft is heavy and nto the most durable but it works. This would be a great club for a new golfer who is just starting because it is very cheap--under 50$

Summary:
Had this 5 wood for years now and its still an ever present in my bag.I think the shaft is wrong for my swing speed but i hit it well getting 280+ off the fairway and tee. I get a pretty consistent draw with it and its playable from most lies.Its a consistent performer.whenever the driver fails I know I can pull this beauty out and have a real good thrash with it. I can comfortably hit it as far as most of my playing partners drivers and 8 of 10 times it will hit the short stuff.

For me the ball flies pretty high which makes it useful for dropping it onto greens or hitting downwind.

It has a nice head shape and is pretty ccompact making it look great.

Its a fantastic club and although old and outdated, im not yet considering replacing it.
