, from Woodbury, MN Model Reviewed: Megasize Grooveless Summary: I managed to buy a whole set of Cubic Balance clubs from Egghead.com for around $150.00. What a great deal! I had a little trouble with Egghead sending me a slightly dinged up 5 wood, but after calling them they refunded the $$ for the club and let me keep it! Egghead has excellent customer service and the items were shipped immediately for a low price. From the sound of it, I'm lucky I haven't had to deal directly with Cubic Balance. Anyway, this driver as well as all of the clubs seem to work great. I can pretty consistently hit my drives 270-280 and can work the ball to both sides. It took me a little while to get used to a more flexible shaft, but the added distance was worth it. I'm still getting used to the irons, mainly because I've only hit steel shafts in the past. They seem to have a pretty good sweetspot though. These clubs are great if you can find them for a good price. Ebay is a great place to check. Similar Products Used: None

, from Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. USA Model Reviewed: Easy- AirT driver Summary: The salesmen told me I would hit this club 20 to 30 yds.longer. I liked the way it felt when I used it in their inside facility, so I bought one. I was out in LA at the time and playing with alot of (small) Asians who were out driving me by 20 to 30 yds until I got this driver. I went from about 225yds to about 275yds. These same Asians could not believe their eyes. Customer Service: When I got the driver it had a plastic insert in a hole on the top of the head. It came out twice, on my first club and then again on the second club. Finally after receiving the third you closed up the hole. But it took 3 months to get my driver back because nobody at your facility would give Edwin Watts in Palm Beach Gardens Florida a RA. They must have called twice a week with no success. Finally after 3 months I got my club back with no hole, which had to be a modification. Why didn't someone out in California just tell me that they were redesigning the head instead if doing nothing. I have had my drived stolen and I would like another but what is going to make me buy another one with you having such a poor CS track record? Since then Edwin Watts took your line out of their store because of your CS department. I've been in customer service in telecommunications all my life. If I acted like that I would have been looking for another job! Similar Products Used: I liked the driver so much I got the irons to match.

, from Syracuse NY USA Model Reviewed: megasize driver Summary: Hello i see some complaints about customer service hey when you pay nothing for a club you should expect nothing in return.I DID NOT LIKE THIS CLUB AT FIRST IT LOOKS AWESOME AND SOUNDS LIKE A CANNON.However i was not getting that great a distance.I put it away for a while and then one day it dawned on me at the range with a club this long you need to change your setup. So i stood as far away as possiable and let it rip.To my surprise i was killing it about 270-280 and straight. My opinion is the lack of grooves lets you swing harder and not put any spin on the ball.I ended up shattering the shaft days later but you no what im going to have it reshafted and still come out ahead. , from New Orleans Model Reviewed: Cubic Balance Megasize 3 Wood Summary: This is my second club from Cubic. I broke my first on the driving range. The head of the wood fell off. I thought it was my fault but when I asked the golf professional they all said manufacture defects. Customer service does not honor warranties. You can try. I was actually able to return my first driver back to Egghead and got a second club. The club hits well and straight. Be careful of Cubic Balance. Apparently, there are consumer warnings about this company. 4 stars for the club but 1 stars because of bad manufacturing and bad customer service. Well, hope this help y'all decide on the club.
Customer Service: Problems, problems, problems. Return the club and not deal with customer service. Similar Products Used: Olimar, Taylor Supersteel, Taylor Firesole

, from Seattle, WA Model Reviewed: CUbic Balance Megasize 9.5* Summary: This is a decent club for the money. It rewards a good hit with a long ball and still carries a good ball with a not so hot hit. It has a unique sound and packs a lot of power. Not having grooves sometimes gives the ball a erratic flight path...like a knuckleball. The one hang up is that something came loose inside the club head after a month...no warranty and very bad customer service from Cubic Balance. I called up and asked about the warranty and almost had my head bitten off. I could get a straight answer...even when I asked about how much it would cost to repair. The answer I got was that, "It's probably too expensive to have it repaired." I other words TS! Even thought I liked the club the harsh customer service has turned me off. Customer Service: The service sucked. I called to inqurie about how I could get the club repaired...I was informed that since I purchased it from Egghead.com there was no warranty. When I asked how I might go about getting it repaired the person at Cubic Balance just about bit my head off. She just kept saying it wasn't their problem. She only calmed down when I told her I wanted to know how much it would cost to repair...even then I got a flip answer, "It's probably too expensive to have it repaired." She did say that she would ask the Sales Manager about it and email me back...needless to say I never heard back from them. On the other hand I called Egghead.com who stated in the sales invoice that they do not warranty the club, but the manufacturer might, called me after I asked about it and said they would take it back and refund me the purchase price, they were great! Bottom line decent club, extremely bad customer service! Similar Products Used: Orlimar Tri-metal
