X-16 PS

Summary:
Just bought the x-16 pro with CW rifle firm shafts to replace my old x-12. Very accurate and as long as anything else I tried. I get more control because they have less offset. They do have a tendency to go straight. Shaping is still possible but dont try to be too subtle...

Customer Service:
Didnt need it but I know Callaway stand behind their product like no one else.

Callaway x-16 Pro Series

Summary:
i have had my x-16 pro series for several years now. special order at 2* flat, std. length and with tt dynamic gold. these are by far the most versatile yet forgiving irons i have owned. alignment is easy with the very minimal offset and ball flight is high but flat. workable in either direction but easily will go straight. there is enough feedback through the club to know where a miss hit was on the face and center hits are very sweet.

i don't usually provide reviews on sites, i simply share with people in person. now that these can be had as trade ins or on e-bay for a song, i thought some people would like to hear an opinion.

i could play any equipment that is on the market, including newer callaway but when i can consistently shoot mid 70's and an occasional even or sub par round, why? i regrip about every 6 months to keep them fresh and feeling like new clubs.
