Summary:
I have had my irons since about 1996. I have tried several sets of irons since I got these and even took them out of the bag to play with other clubs, like pings, callaways, titleist...but I ALWAYS go back to my HG's. I was fitted by a guy named Corky Buckham - he was fantastic. I have had the clubs refinished once and then I had them chromed - they are beautiful and I love them. I may try the new irons they have that are also 0 offset in the Spring if I can afford them. HG is my brand!

Customer Service:
I have purchased several additional clubs from HG since I was originally fitted. They keep my specs on file and all I have to do is call them and they ship me the good stuff. I have even purchased grips from HG so everthing matches.

Similar Products Used:
I have tried other blades, but its really hard to find stuff that has 0 offset. It is for better players for sure!

Summary:
I bought a set of custom fitted HG clubs. I can hit accurately with them, but every club is 20 yards shorter than my Honma clubs. For the same price, Honma's quality, appearance, feel and performance far exceeds HG. In retrospect, I don't know what I was thinking when I bought the HGs when I already had superior clubs (Honma). There is no comparison. Things always look greener on the other side.

Customer Service:
After using the HG clubs a few times and realizing that I could not hit as far as my Honmas, I went back to the custom fitter to fix the problem. Whereas before, he treated my like a king (most likely to sell the clubs), he practically ignored me when I went back to fix the problem. This service is contrary to HG's claims for good customer service. I called HG for advice, and they said I had no choice but to go to another "qualified" distributor. When I did this, they wanted to charge me another $100 for refitting. Apparently, the ads I read about HG's customer service were untrue. If you're going to spend that much money on a set of irons, don't experiment. Go for Honmas or some other brand. HG performance and their customer service are just hype.

Summary:
I found the clubs look good and have a feed back on ever shot that is forgiving when you hit bad as well as good shots.

Customer Service:
I found the Rep. Don Smith to be more than a salesman. He spent time helping me with my swing. He was slow to set up my clubs until he could make sure the clubs would improve my game.He was worth the extra amount for the clubs.

RDH Tour Blades

Summary:
great look, ball flight is high due to shallow club face, but incredible feedback. Very easy to shape the ball, if you prefer a lower trajectory, it could take time to work it with these irons, but overall a great iron.

Customer Service:
The Staff member i am familiar with is a great guy, he is very nice, i have played golf with him, recieved several lessons as well. If he is any indication of what the rest of the HG team is like then i have no doubt it is the most quality group of individuals in the golf industry

Similar Products Used:
similar to most tour blades, but a little bit of a wider sole

RDHII

Summary:
Very Nice looking irons.

Getting FITTED by a accreddited professional helped consistantly hit RDHII irons straight and in the middle. Thanks Bill

A wide range of components to select from i.e. head type, shaft, lie, grip etc.

RDHII suited to profesional or a scratch player. Look/quality was enough for me to buy.

Customer Service:
Bill Husband and HG Australia were great.
