Summary: I have been using the 20* and the 24* for ~7 years now, they look clean from setup and have minimal offset. I replaced the stock shafts with Rifle 5.5's and that change made them better.
I have tried Taylor Made, Adams and a plethora of 'wood style' hybrids with poor success. I have not yet been able to find a hybrid/rescue club to be their equal and I always seem to return to these irons to replace my #3 and #4 irons with regularity.
If you can find one I do not think that the club will disappoint you. The most recent club that comes close is the Titleist 503H, but this club is offset, which I personally do not like.
Overall for me a great club

Summary: Further to my previous review. After a few rounds this club has become one of the most useful clubs in my bag. 18 degree baffler hits as far (if not farther) than my fairway wood and is better out of the rough. As mentioned previously, makes a very good driving iron. Attractive for a hybrid - not too much offset. If you can find one 2nd hand try it out. Also very reasonable (although I didn't pay for mine as i swapped my 22 degree for the 18 ). However, while bafflers can be found, in my experience the 18 degree version is difficult to find.
Thinking of reshafting from True Temper R300 to Rifle for a little higher ball flight.

Model Reviewed: Cobra Multimetal Baffler (18 degree)
Summary: Although this model has been discontinued, it can be found second-hand for good prices. With True Temper Dynamic Gold (R300) shaft, this is an EXCELLENT driving iron. However, as this shaft keeps the ball pretty low (for my level of play), fairway shots are not as high as they should be for an 18 degree head. Cobra makes very good clubs - love the SS 350 driver.

Summary: Bought the 20° model after using the 24° model for a few months. Find them to be very forgiving, especially from the rough. No longer carry 3 or 4 iron or #5 Wood, as I can use the Baffler instead, and are a lot easier to hit than the long irons. Can recommend them to anyone looking to find an iron that will replace their long irons, if they are a problem.
Customer Service: Good, measured club speed, grip size, and length of shaft.

Summary: Bought 24* model, use it instead of 3 & 4 iron, and out of short and medium rough. It gets the ball up quickly and has good distance and is easy to hit. On the fairway I can hit it 170-180 metres, and from poor lies ~ 160 metres. Am looking at 20* model to use as a long iron, driving iron option.
