Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: Taylor Made 320 with s90 steel shafts Summary: I was using Ping i3 blades before I switched to the 320s. I was looking for a more consistent and predictable trajectory, and I think this clubs perform well in that regard. The heavier swingweight (D2.5 compared to D0) allows for a more controlled swing. Also the Rifle s-90 shaft seems to be more stable than the previous JZ-stiff shaft from the Pings (and also a tad stiffer).
The combination of a heavier swingweight and stiffer shaft has come to a somewhat expectable side effect: I have lost some yards (I checked the lofts of both clubs, and are roughly the same). I used to hit my i3 6 iron to 175 yards and now I hit the 320 to 160-165. But I know I will get used to it, because I prefer to be a tad short to the pin than in the side bunker. Similar Products Used: Ping i3 blade
Hogan Apex Edge Pro - Great clubs.
Mizuno MP-30, MP-60 - Razor sharp, but not as easy to hit.
Titleist 704cb - good clubs too.

Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: TaylorMade 320 R-80 rifle shafts R flex Summary: These are great clubs! I've been playing an off-brand for the past ten years and have managed to get down to about an 11 handicap. These were just the sticks I needed to help me get to the next level. They are the perfect set if you're looking for something in between blades and oversize shovels. They give you the feedback you need without sacrificing all of the forgiveness. Took me a couple of outings to the driving range before I could hit them solid but now I absolutely launch the ball. Great clubs! Customer Service: n/a
