playing the high priced pro v. With the high spin I tend to over draw ,if it's a tight course pinnacle gold is straighter ...longer.. There fore better!

Don't listen to these guys comparing these balls to Warbirds (crap, easy to tear covers) and NXT distance (overpriced). They are totally different balls. I would compare these to the Maxfli Noodle or perhaps the Titleist DT/Solo as they are soft and long. They are also cheaper than all of the above. If you do your homework, you'll find that Pinnacles are basically Titleists with a different logo. That's all. I felt this ball was a bit better than the Pinnacle Gold Maximum Velocity. It felt a bit more alive and controllable. Also the covers are much more durable. If you are on a budget, these are great balls to try.

This is a fairly nice ball. It has good distance off your long to mid irons and woods but few spin off the short irons. Great overall ball for the price. But, you can get the new Callaway Warbirds for only $17 at Dicks.

Won these balls in a raffle. Have been playing Titleist NXT Distance and these balls just dont come close. OK they are a lot cheaper but you get what you pay for. Not as long and no feel whatsoever. They dont seem to hold greens anywhere near as well as the NXT. Not that everything about these balls is bad - due to the very low spin rate the are quite straight and they do roll quite a bit on landing, on hard fairways they are fine. If you dont care about feel and dont want your ball to stop quickly on the green then buy these, otherwise Try Ultra or Dunlop, both better balls. Alternatively pay a little extra, you get what you pay for after all.
