Description The new Top-Flite® Tour golf ball is designed to deliver tour caliber performance for every aspect of your game. Its patented solid core, multi-layer design and soft Spintack™ cover give you high spin...
Summary: Excellent value ball, gives good distance off driver and woods, with excellent stopping on short irons and wedges. On putts there is a soft, responsive feel, which induces a degree of confidence.
The cover holds up well and I get 3-4 rounds from a ball before it begins to look 'tatty'.

Summary: Good luck finding them now. I played 12 holes today - exec par 3. Every ball I hit on the greens stopped with in 3 feet. Unbelievable stopping & nice putting. HOWEVER....the cover was cut up after holes. It was an ugly ball after 12 but I might have shot my best game ever! If I could buy a few dozen I would. VERY NICE.

Summary: I play at a course where I'm bound to lose some balls, regardless of how well I play. On other courses, I play the Titleist ProVI. I wanted to find a ball with similar performance qualities, but at a far lower cost, for play on my home course. The Top-Flite Tour fits the bill for me. It is excellent in terms of ball flight, distance, spin, and feel. My local practice range sells them for about $16.00/dozen, and I think it's an absolute steal.

Summary: I've been looking for a golf ball that combines solid distance with spin and feel around the green. I have a swing speed in the upper 90's and a score in the lower 90's, so I didn't want to invest in a ball that will pronounce my inconsistency. This ball is my ticket. I get a bit less distance than a distance ball, but the spin and feel are so nice that it's worth it. I also like the Laddie and XL3000 Super Feel, but sometimes find the ball to be over exuberant around the greens. The Tour sits right down and putts exceptionally well. As for shredding the cover, I have neither square grooves nor an aggressive down swing, and so the cover has not been beat up.
On a tangential note, I use this site frequently and appreciate all of the people's input-- looking for golf balls seems about as personal as the right putter, so I'd recommend people try out as many as they can.
Also, Dick's Sporting Goods has a sale on the Tour's for $15/dozen. Well worth it!

Summary: Like the putting and chipping consistency and feel. Distance doesn't seem as long as the Infinity Buttery Feel ord the Pro V1 that I'd been playing, but is adequate. Don't spin them back off the greens like the Pro V1's. Eight irons and down shred the cover badly. Takes 2 to 4 balls a round. I play with Pro V1s and Buttery Feels until I loose them. Might break even with $40.00 balls. Still playing this ball though. Will give it a few more rounds, then decide.
