Summary:
Purchased the club new in 2003. Used mainly in spring/summer in Texas and Oklahoma. Ball flew on a good mid-high trajectory with an aesthetically pleasing sound at impact. Optics are pleasant and encourage good alignment at address. Able to draw and cut the ball when desired. Face cracked horizontally along the topmost groove, parallel with the crown. I'd say only 40 rounds and 80 sessions at the range were put on the club before this happened. I use one of Nickent's sets of Convex Excalibur irons, and those sticks are great, have only replaced the grips a few times on those, so I assume this driver was just a bad club. Cost me $100, so my value rating is average - 3 seasons of light use is worth $100, but I've had the irons for 5 years now and expected more. Overall is 2 for the face cracking so soon.

Customer Service:
Contacted via email inquiring about clubface cracking after such short use, have yet to receive a reply back after 3 weeks.
