Model Reviewed: Hicor Driver
Summary: I've used this driver for 3 seasons and had 4 different shafts. It is great but lacking the 460cc, I am switching to a Wishon 525 this season. I hit the 7.5 degree Hicor 300+ with Pro V1s. Just an outdated club but very good!

Summary: I've had this driver for two years now and its easily still the best I've tried. I have the 11.5 degree model - also available from 7.5 up to 15 degrees, so there is a loft for everyone. If you like to work the ball then this one probably isn't for you because it really likes to go straight!

Summary: Bought the GolfSmith HiCor Driver 11.5 degree from Bulldoggolf.com. Built with GS graphite reg flex for about $180. I had considered getting a KZG driver, but they were kind of pricey and the GS HiCor got great reviews and for much less so I decided to try it out. I have to say I am floored by how I'm hitting this club. Sets up nicely, nice blue finish, and the great "ping" sound when you make contact. Ball flight it pretty remarkable...long and straight. Let's put it this way, I had the worst slice at first, then I overcorrected and hit awful snap hooks prior to this club. Let's just say I had to try really hard to do either with this club! I think to illustrate the effect it had on my game: within a month of me starting to play with this club, on 3 different occasions with 3 different people I usually play with all said the same thing..."I've never seen you hit like this before!" Great club and for what I consider a steal!

Model Reviewed: Hi Cor 11.5 driver
Summary: My best friend bought a $300.00 Golf gear Tsumani 400cc driver and was killing it off of the tee. He was out driving by 40 to 50 yards. It was starting to get to me that he would fly right by me when before we were about even, then I decided to get a 400cc driver myself.I purchased a golfsmith Hi-Cor 11.5 degree driver and now we hit our drives about even. I even out drive him from time to time with my new Hi-Cor driver. It is by far the longest hitting driver that I've ver hit. And I didn't pay an arm and a leg either, like you might buying one of those other top name drivers,580's,983's,427's,redline. Save yourself a pile of money and get one of these drivers. I went with a 11.5 degree driver because I wanted more carry, and I get it with this driver.Take this test, take a water hose and turn it on, don't change the pressure, hold the hose level and see where the water hits the ground. Now keeping the water pressure the same without changing anything, point the hose slightly up and then watch where the water hits the ground, you will notice that it contacts the ground further out than where it was holding the hose level.I am sold on golfsmith and their products.I use a Hi-Cor GS50 stiff shaft in my driver.
Customer Service: Don't use them, tried once didn't like the customer service.

Summary: Great club, virtually no side spin, I can hit this one longer than any other driver I have played, I had it built with True Temper TX 90 shaft, what a great combination. I outdrove my best shot on the very first drive. No matter what shaft you go with have it fitted for your wrist to floor measurement, It made a world of difference for me!
Customer Service: Best I have delt with, very friendly and helpful. Top Rate!
