Shoots in the 100s Model Reviewed: Footjoy Weathersoft Gloves Summary: I am a new golfer and these gloves were recommended to me as a good compromise between value and performance. Since I am new at all of this, I will just describe my experiences knowing I have no other real point of reference.
Price: $13.00 @ local golf shop
Fit: It was not hard to find a good fit
Performance: They seem to perform well. The bulk of the glove is synthetic with leather in key areas. I have been going to the range 2-3 times a week for 5 weeks now and playing a par-3 18 hole once a week and I have had no issues with construction or performance.
Conclusion:
I do not feel it was a bad purchase by any means. The one thing I would advise is that I was glad I bought a pair that fit very snugly out of the box as they stretched a bit - not enough to affect the overall fit or performance. However, had I chosen a pair that fit the way they do now about 5 weeks in, they might have been too large by now.
I give it 4-stars only because I have no point of reference to compare them to other gloves and I bought them knowing they do not represent the upper tier of gloves available. Customer Service: I have not yet used their customer sevice Similar Products Used: none
