Shoots in the 90s Model Reviewed: Precept U Tri Extra Distance Summary: I bought four dozen of these online for about $45, brand new. This is the first three piece urethane ball I've played regularly and I love it. It gets good distance and is remarkably soft for a distance ball. It checks consistently on the greens and putts smoothly. The only drawback I have noticed is that it tends to scuff fairly easily, I'll go through a couple per round, maybe more, although I tend to mix in Titleists I've found. I prefer this ball to a ProV1 because I hit it a little longer. If you can find this ball on the web, stock up! Customer Service: Not used Similar Products Used: Titleist ProV1, Nike One Platinum, Nike One Black, Srixon Z-URC

Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: precept u-tri extra distance Summary: Very good ball. great distance and control. The wind has little or no effect. A bit hard to get, but a lake ball will do the job as good as a new one. Durable it is, so value for money. Shoots in the 70s Model Reviewed: Precept UTri Extra Distance Summary: Great ball and an exceptional value, these balls are available at rockbottom golf for $12.99 a dozen!
I’ve played a few of the high-end balls. For me, the U-Tri tour and Pro V1 spun too much and I would “balloon” my mid-irons and lose about 15 yards off the tee on drives. Both of these balls were exceptional around the green.
The Nike One Black and the Pro V1x are the best overall balls I’ve ever played but they cost almost $4 a piece. The U-Tri ED is just as long with a little less spin.
I’m not a poor man but I just can’t justify spending $4 on a golf ball when I can get 90% of the performance from a ball that costs just a fraction of that price.
I’ll play a couple of tournaments this year and in those tournaments I will spurge and play Pro V1X’s but otherwise I’ll be playing the U-Tri ED.

Shoots in the 90s Model Reviewed: u tri xtra distance Summary: it's pretty long & Soft but honestly this ball(not me)seems to play inconsistent compared to Pro V's & others. For - $20 it would be good but @ + $24 not a great deal. I will be using something else.

Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: Precepr U-TRI Extra Distance Summary: I left this ball when the new Bridgestone
E-5 & E-6 came out. The U-Tri's had been disc. I noticed my chips were not as good. I found some U-Tri's at Target and bought
3 boxes at $23.00. This ball had been
my all time favorite, for me better than
the Pro-V. It has the right mix of spin for driver and irons. You should check
them out if you can.
