Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: Gauge Design JSPEC CS Summary: The quality and finish on David Whitlam's work is, in my opinion, second to none. The balance and feel of this JSPEC model is fantastic.
I prefer center shafted putters, and this is the best in my collection. With the weight high and well behind the face, the ball rolls smoothly off the face and on-target. If you are a straight-back, straight through putter, this is a great model for you. If you tend to heel or toe most of your putts, you will not be as happy, as the weighting is not out towards the corners, but directly behind the center of the face.
The JSPEC has been in my bag for over 2 years now. It gets a break every so often as I test or try something else, but it finds its way back. Customer Service: Great communication, follow up, etc. Similar Products Used: Scotty Detour, 2-Ball CS
