Nickent Pipe Putter

Summary:
My buddy grabbed my new Scotty on the first hole and gave me his Nickent Pipe to swap. Best thing that ever happened to my putting. Beautiful balance and feel. Alignment woes are gone forever. I would never touch anything again to get to the hole.

Nickent pipe putter model 002

Summary:
Amazing putter. I have been faithful to my Odessey putter for a long time. I read the reviews on this putter, and got it for around $40. First time out on the course with it was very impressive, I sunk a lot of putts around 10 ft. I have a Nickent Driver, and two hybrids and all of these clubs impress me greatly. By next spring intend to have nothing but Nickent in my bag. They have proven to be an innovative company that doesn't charge and arm and leg for their products. I respect them for that. They're the biggest secret in golf. Try this putter, you won't be disappointed.

Pipe model 001 Center Shaft

Summary:
This is an excellent putter. For my stroke this putter has the perfect feel, and I get the distance that I visualize. I tended to leave putts short with the Odyssey (soft face), and long with the MacGregor (harder face) but the pipe putter fit somewhere in the middle. This putter has definitely improved my alignment on both long and short putts. I liked the alignment of the Odyssey as well, but aligning the Pipe putter just seems faster, easier, and has better results. If you can get around the looks of this putter, you will probably be happy with it. My only complaint is that the headcover used velcro instead of a magnet.

I buy new putters all the time but this 0004 pipe is the best putter by far. I'm going to buy the new pipe 11 0004 they added a sight line this should help even more.

Pipe Putter 35"

Summary:
Let me start by saying that I am not a very good putter. I stay in the high 70's normally with the irons and chipping. But, since I picked this up from a local used golf store for $69 like new, my putting has improved dramatically... especially the 10' and in putts.

The alignment aid looks like a piece of PVC, but I don't care in the least, because it is the best alignment aid I have found, and I have tried some really expensive putters: Rife, Cameron, Never Comp Exchange, most Pings and on and on.

Construction seems very solid, so hopefully no problems, as some here have had with the first models. Insert feels great, and the roll imparted is very smooth. Distance control is really good. Came with factory Winn AVS, nice feel.

I buy sell and trade too much, but I think this putter is in the bag for a long time... it is not gimmicky, it is very straightforward, despite it's odd look. If you have any problems in your putting game, this one is well worth a close look!

Customer Service:
NA, but I hear it is very good.

Almost everything, pricey and cheap. For non-,mallets, I like the old Taylor TPA putters... cheap and a great feel. But this Pipe putter may be THE ONE! :-)
