Shoots in the 90s Model Reviewed: Taylor Made R7 XD Summary: All I can say is WOW. Easily the most forgiving irons I have ever hit. Perfect for game improvement. I had a ball buried in thick rouch @ 165 yd. Pulled the six iron, and landed the green without even feeling like I hit it solid. WOW. Took multiple strokes off of my game the first round i used them

Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: Taylor Made R7 XD Summary: Have been using these clubs for a year now..I used to have Taylor Made RAC LT's which although great I found a little inconsistent and a bit heavy..the R7 XD's are a game improvement club but are aimed at all levels..I really rate them..they are light weight, easy to swing and very forgiving without sacrifising too much feel, and they pack a fair punch, I hit the ball much further with these and because of the light weight have more control and accuracy. I feel you have to be a reasonable ball striker though to get the best out of them, you have to hit into the back of the ball correctly for them to fly, they do not perform so well at all if you take any turf first, so I would put them in the handicap range of 10 to 18. I would prefer them with slightly less offset, but thts the way it goes. To sum up, I could highly recommend these to someone who strikes the ball well but needs extra distance with acuracy...would suit quality seniors and juniors very well. Customer Service: not used

Shoots in the 90s Model Reviewed: Taylormade Irons XD Summary: I have used three different types of irons in the three years that I have been playing. These clubs have been Nike, Callaway, and Taylormade R7 draws. I recently tried a set of Taylormade xd and was very impressed with the results. These clubs do not require much of an effort to hit. Every shot goes straight and the distance is very impressive. I will be purchasing a set of these clubs shortly. Similar Products Used: Nike CPR irons, Callaway X-18, Taylormade R7 draws
