Orlimar H830 22 deg

Summary:
I work at a city golf course and have hit every club under the sun. I recently had my clubs stolen and had to rebuild from the ground up. I started with my irons and eventually only had to buy a new putter and a new hybrid. I of course felt a loyalty to taylormade as that is what I previously had in the bag but I decided to do some research in the form of hitting every demo the course had. I was set on buying the Ping G5 hybrid and was set to buy it when I saw an orange headcover burried under a number of older demo clubs. I pulled it out and decided to try it out for the sake of avoiding work, Long story short i now have an Orlimar H830 22 Deg in my bag and will not be going back. The price made the sweet spot on this club even larger than it previously was. Do not buy this club to impress your friends with name recognition. Buy it to make the green in 2 on the par 5's, which by the way i did the day i bought it.

Orlimar Hybrid 22 degrees

Summary:
Got this for less than $50.00 after I traded in my Cobra hybrid. I've always like the slim profile of Orlimar clubs. Hit this yesterday so nicely. Best shot was on a long 460 yard par 4. I have about 215 to the green and it landed about 8 ft.! One of my best shots ever. MUCH more solid than the Cobra.

Summary:
What a great club orlinmar has developed. The ball jumps off the clubface, and lands soft on the green.

I really like setting up to the ball with this club. I i swing with confidence that i will put a good strike on the ball.
Very nice club for the money.

H830 19* S flex graphite

Summary:
Picked this up on Ebay for $47 shipped, new. This is the best hybrid I have hit, and I have hit almost all of them... many at MUCH higher prices! Very easy to line up and hit solid. Medium high trajectory, no ballooning, very nice distance, good sound. Can go after it if necessary, shaft is stable. I don't know what the first reviewer was thinking, I thik this is JUST what a higher hdcp needs, the 3 iron for most is hard to hit off the fairway or rough... this is MUCH easier. I recommend this stick highly, don't waste your $$$ on the big names, this is the real deal, and it is in the bag.
P.S. VT830 #3 & #5 woods also excellent!

Orlimar H830 hybrid 19 degree #3

Summary:
Honestly bought it for the price of 49.95 from TGW.com. Figured it was worth a try at that price. First time out last week in five months I pulled this club about 190 to green in the rough. Little wind in face. Lie wasn't too bad. Never took it to the range even. Ball shot out of rough on a rope and landed pin high about 8 feet left of pin. I'm not one to jump on the bandwagon too quickly. Used it about five times during round. I draw the ball for most part off the tee. This Orlimar went dead straight with one small draw on one tee shot. I haven't ever hit a hybrid so I have nothing to compare it too. At 49.95, I don't need to look any further. I bought the stiff graphite stock shaft. I'm buying the 22 degree very soon. I'm converted.

Customer Service:
Didn't need it. Ordered online from TGW. Easy to navigate. Received within 4 business days.
