Hybore 15* 3 wood (steel)

Summary:
I have recently returned to golf after 15 years away from it. I found my old woods weren't making it for me any longer. I replaced all my woods and reshafted my irons. Everything worked except my new 3 wood (taylormade). I just could not hit it! I tried several others, even a Ti Launcher. My 5 and 7 woods are steel Launchers with grafaloy shafts and they are tremdous assets to my game! I found a steel Hybore on Ebay and thought I'd give it a try. Purchased for under $50 it was a deal. However, when it arrived via UPS the gold graffite shaft was broke in three places. I called my local golf store for a shaft replacement cost...$125!!!! Whoa! Okay back to ebay, $20 for a grafaly blue (same as those on my 5 & 7) a new grip, all done by myself. This club is the 3 wood I have been looking for! It is straght and has the distance I need for those long par fives.

Cleveland HiBore 3 wood

Summary:
I picked up this fairway wood at a local dicks sporting goods for $130 because i had good luck with the Cleveland hibore driver. I played a few rounds with the club and found that its almost impossible to hit a clean shot off the fairway. Off the tee the club doesn't provide much control and lacks in distance. I had an old Taylormade 3 wood and could hit it consistently 230 off the tee. With the hibore 3 wood i found my self only going 210 on a good shot and i would normally end up with a massive slice. i would suggest trying the club out before buying it. Its not that its a bad club it just defiantly was not for my game. I am selling it to Golfsmith or Golf galaxy and i am going to get a 19* and 16* Cleveland halo hybrid.

Cleveland HI Bore 15 degree

Summary:
This is a great club for any level of golfer. Stay away from the red shaft if you like the feel of the club head making contact with the ball. My swing speed is between 110-112 mph and it feels like I am swinging a baseball bat at a rock. The only way I know that I make solid contact is by the flight of the ball. My recommendations are to buy this club, but stick with the yellow shaft.

HiBore Fairway

Summary:
Bought a 15* and 19* HiBORE Fairway wood. I hit these clubs very well, but what impressed me most is how the club hits the ball out of the rough. These are the first fairway woods I've ever had confidence in to hit out of the rough. Not much feed back from off center hits, but the ball still goes a good distance. Also very easy to hit out of bunkers. Bought these with the Alida stiff shaft. (try these when the Cleveland Tech. Van is around) Very happy with my purchase. Some of my friends have tried my woods and said they seem to push the ball right of target.

Customer Service:
Fine, It's Cleveland they stand behind their clubs.
