Shoots in the 70s Model Reviewed: Cleveland Hibore xls Tour Summary: This club is very long, and stubbornly straight (despite being the tour version).
Even with the 8.5 loft and Fujikura fit-on red stiff, the club pulls off a fairly high trajectory. Nevertheless, i found it acceptable, despite my tendency to balloon with other drivers.
I had a tough time working the ball. The result: a few wild shots. I do admit, the 2 degree open face plays naturally with a very slight fade, but closing the face is perfectly comfortable at address.
The feel is not especially good. The sound is a loud CRACK, which can literally hurt your ears in an enclosed range stall.
Overall, I love it. It's an exceptional value... and much longer than any other driver i've owned. I recommend this club to any player who loves blasting drives 50 yards past his buddies.
you can always use your 3 wood for finesse shots!

Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: hi-borge XLS Summary: This club is great. I hit it great most of the time and it sounds solid when i do. It makes you correct your grip when you are aligned. It also straightens out your alignment of the club head.

Shoots in the 90s Model Reviewed: Hibore XLS Draw Summary: I was hitting the Taylormade Draw club and I guess I just outgrew it because my balls werent getting any better and i could not hit it with any accuracy. I hit the demo of the Hibore XLS and fell in love. I ended up settling with the 9.0 loft with the stiff gold shaft and it hits perfect. I have never beenso accurate with a driver. I love this club! Customer Service: Nope Similar Products Used: Taylor Made R5 Draw

Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: cleveland hibore xls Summary: great club switched from callaway ft-i which was a great club in itself. it was a little to eavy for me and long shafted. i like the half inch shorter shaft of the hibore, face is a little longer and higher. moi is a bit better.. and its lighter.. the areodynamics for the club are better as well seems to swing better and with less effort. which enables me to realyl go at it .. misses are about the same as the ft-i not bad at all dont loose much distance with misses.
club gives great sound feedback. you know when youve hit one good and when youve toed or heeled it. this is a feature i love ... the ft-i sounded the same all the time ... the hiblre xls tour shaft was too boardy for me to hit consistantly.
stiff yellow shaft and i went with the 10.5 once i hit it a few times and saw there was no balloning. overall im very happy
btw i play to a 14 handicap Similar Products Used: ft-i
