Summary: The HX bite I found was the second best golf ball I have ever used. The Best ball I have ever used was the nike mojo. Ever since I started to us the Bite I have noticed they hardly every role off the green. That means i have easier putts.

Summary: I really like this ball and the control it provides on shots from 100 yards out. Previously, I have played with the Bridgestone e6+ and the Callaway HX Hot, and this ball allows you to can create much more spin to check up and really stick shots close to the pin.
On tee shots, however, I experienced a loss of about five to eight yards of carry due to HX Hot Bite's higher spin rate in comparison to the Bridgestone e6+ and HX Hot, respectively. While Both the Bridgestone and HX Hot tend to hold their line better, I am able to account for the extra spin and hit a controlled draw on a consistent basis. This is not a ball for those who struggle with a slice or hook.
The cover of the HX Hot Bite is relatively soft, and somewhat sticky and tacky. This great for wedge and short iron shots, as this allows you to impart extra backspin on approach shots. There is however, a tradeoff in durability, as the ball is highly susceptible to scuffs and markings. I typically end up having to switch out a ball after about six holes. With both the e6+ and the HX Hot, I have played two and three rounds with the same ball.
Some may balk at the $29.99 pricetag for dozen balls. I'm willing to pay to extra $5.00 premium for more responsive on the greens, however.

Summary: This ball scuff's easily. Good for one round and at 2.50 ea. I have to find a better way. It's a shame it can't last longer.

Summary: With this ball I have had great distance control, and spin control. It is easy to hit onto the green, but does not give a great distance off the tee. It is very very soft, so the cover is scratched quite easily. To sum it up, great short game ball, good value, easily scratched, and not long.

Summary: All the other reviews are right. This ball scuff easily but it sure bites. I can't normally give the ball enough spin to make it stop on the green. This ball does it for me and when I hit any short irons/wedges into the green, it will stop within 2 feet where it lands. It's a shame it can't last longer.
