Powerbilt Air Force One Drivers

Powerbilt Air Force One Drivers

DESCRIPTION

The new PowerBilt Air Force One Driver has the largest sweet spot in golf. By pressurizing the head with nitrogen, the need for internal metal support has been eliminated, and thus creating equal pressure across the entire face of the club and therefore creating the first toe to heel sweet spot in golf.

Nitrogen Charged - PowerBilt Air Force One Driver
Nitrogen charging is a new and patented method for reinforcing the face of the golf club without adding any additional weight. Compressed nitrogen gas provides tremendous support to the face of the golf club, so any golfer can see a huge benefit from maximum COR, maximum CT, maximum Trampoline Effect, and maximum Smash Factor for incredible distance!

Nitrogen Charging Technology
* Allows for the thinnest face in golf
* Promotes increased ball speed
* Provides superior strength
* provides superior performance
* Produces incredible distance

Why Nitrogen?
The air we breath is 78% nitrogen and 21% oxygen. There is less pressure fluctuation with nitrogen, it is a larger molecule, it does not hold as much water vapor, and it is unreactive to temperature and pressure.

Multiple Face Thickness - PowerBilt Air Force One Driver
With a pateneted nitrogen charged head, the PowerBilt AirForce One Driver is built with the thinnest face of any other golf club. In fact, the AirForce One Driver comes with multiple face thickness so every golfer will benefit from maximum COR and maximum CT. Golfers with swing speeds over 100mph will benefit from a face thickness of 2.8mm, swing speeds between 90mph and 100mph will use a face thickness of 2.8mm, while golfers with swing speeds of 80-90mph will usa a face thickness of 2.6mm. Players with a swing speed of 70-80mph will have a ultra thin face thickness of 2.4mm.

PowerBilt Air Foce One Driver

I used my Air Force One driver today for the first time. This is the worst driver I have ever hit. I have hit Callaway, Taylor Made, Mizuno, but this club can't compare to any of those. To start with, the sound is awful. It's got a ping to it. It doesn't sound like any driver I've hit before. I wasted my money on this gimmick of a driver. Live and learn.

Ok, I know the technology on this club is gimmick-y, but somehow PowerBilt has developed the most amazing club i have ever hit. I recently went for a club fitting at my local golf shop since my swing speed has increased significantly over the past year. The gentleman there had me hit various new models of clubs to get an idea of where my trajectory and ball speed were maximized. After hitting everything from the Titlist 909, Adams Speedline, callaway Ft-i, Nike VR, various King Cobra's, and Ping I15 (which was a distant second to the PowerBilt) , my ball speed was hovering around 160mph with a smash factor of 1.49. Laying in the used bin was this futuristic looking black PowerBilt that happened to have a x-flex shaft and 9.5 degree head. The club left an instant impression. The explosive sound and feeling that the ball was obliterated had my eye on the very first swing. My average ball speed jumped from 160 (across 6 well struck balls) with the Ping I-15, to an incredible 166mph with the PowerBilt. The guy at the shop couldnt believe it. I have had guys in other foursomes come ask about this club after hearing the impact. I cant understand how this thing is USGA legal, and the softspot is the shiny part of the club facing the ball... THE ENTIRE FACE!!!
Ive been using old PowerBilt TPS Irons for years and never plan to change. PowerBilt and Louisville Slugger know how to build equipment. The club speaks for itsself.

Like previous posters, I held off paying much attention to the infomercials, although I did question one fellow about his luck over a year ago...he was only so so. Then, I recently ran into an old friend who happened to be using the original AFO...he was killing it! I tried his club out and could n ot believe my own eyes. I'm over 70 and was hitting the ball as straight and a solid 10 yards longer! I proceeded to but one used on ebay and love it! I recently even went back and bought another, the newer "Tour" version. Had a small problem with it and when I contacted the company, they sent me a brand new one!
Guys, I've was playing an r7, a Callaway ....everything out there...this AFO is for REAL!

I admit, I can't pass up on a trying out a new gimmick. When I saw this on the Golf Channel my logical mind concluded it was rediculous, but my quest for more distance especially now that I am a new senior, got the best of me. So far, I'm amazed. Been playing it about 3 weeks now. Significant distance gains. I played in a 3 day member/guest last week that I have been playing in for 13 years and hit balls in places I have never been before. Not always perfect, and only the dead center hits get monster distance. But better than anything I have used recently. I am a believer.

If you are under 40 years old, you will not know much about PowerBilt. The only time you see them is at the Masters, and Fuzzy Zoeller won't be playing anymore. Larry Mize had a big orange PB bag when he beat Norman, and countless pros used their stuff. High quality, family-owned and affiliated with Louisville Slugger, the bat company.

Let me be brief. This is a HOT driver. Make sure you try out the correct specs, because as with any driver, that will be key to your search. NEVER have I experienced the change in driving pleasure that this club will provide. NEVER have I experienced a direct gain of plus-20 yards that all the OEM's promise. It is sheer genius. Welcome back, PowerBilt.
