I bought this set used this summer and honestly I'm not disappointed at all. Longest irons I've hit ever. I used to hit 160 with my 6 iron, but with the CB1, I hitted 175. It is mounted on the excellent Project X 6.0 steel shafts (stiff), I personnaly prefer steel over graphite. I noticed they were shorter than my previous clubs, so I had to adjust my swing, but once I got used to hit with my feet a bit closer to the ball, everything went right. The heads are a bit small, but still forgiving. The sound when you hit a good shoot is very nice, you don't have to look where your ball is going to lend, you simply know it's a good shot with the sound of it. For some people, the club's look isn't really important, but still, those clubs are really good looking, black coating gives an awesome finish.

I would recommend this set to anybody except beginners. Don't buy this as a starting set. But if you like hitting your irons, and are not too bad at it, then those are for you. If you have the chance to get your hands on one of these, I'm pretty sure you'll like it.

Customer Service

Didn't have to call them yet, which is a good thing I guess.

I recently visited my local Golfsmith searching for a new set of irons to upgrade from my callaway x20 tours. i tested out mizuno, taylormade, cleveland and Titleist, but none of these clubs really stuck out to me besides the Mizuno mp59s. Then I stumbled upon the Adams CB1. I had hit Adams clubs before, and let me just say that the CMB’s spoiled me, I had never hit a club that even compared to the feel and the shot shaping ability that the CMB provided, until I tested out the CB1’s that is. Everything about these clubs are pure, from the looks to the performance, these are top notch irons. Because the CMB’s are way out of my price range, it was a showdown between the mp59’s and the CB1’s. I must have spent at least an hour on the simulator before finally reaching my decision. While the mp59’s were very impressive, I felt that with my inability to consistently strike the ball in the center, I needed the extra assistance that the cavity back provides. Besides this the Adams and the 59’s were almost similar in every aspect, from the feel, the shot shaping ability, the looks everything about these clubs screams pure. The ultimate decision came down to not only the added assistance the CB gives you, but also the features that come standard with the CB1. Project X shafts and cord grips made this buy a no brainer for me. I love these clubs and anyone who is looking for a set of irons that, A.) improve your game while giving you the look and feel of a better players iron, and B.) inspiring your confidence because of the reliability of these clubs. Look no further because the CB1’s are a steal and a quality product for any golfer at any level.

Before I begin I must point out the simple fact that I am better than scratch. I don't play with hackers and I only associate with the best. I play the best, I buy the best and I only date the best. Lest you digest the rest you won't think I'm writing in jest. If you have a problem with that then go west. I hit these irons the other day and I had 7 birdies in a row. It would have been 8 but I eagled the next hole. 9 under after 14 holes isn't bad but I still haven't reached my goal of shooting 18 under. If it weren't for the turds I have to play with I would have done it by now. Let that be a lesson to the lesser player. When I'm playing well please get out of my way. Simply observe instead of trying to play your pathetic game. That is all for now. Gentlemen.

CB1 and CB2 have the best balance and feel I have experienced in a player's iron available on the market. I easily gave up my (cast) R9 Tp irons for the forged CB1 and those (the R9 Tps) are highly rated/regarded as a tour player's iron.
