I've had this driver since 2000 and I've still not found a better driver in 15 years. I still hit it straight as an arrow over 300 yards. Tee high and it gets the ball up in the air. The lower the tee the lower the ball flight. There's nothing like this driver. Cleveland needs to bring this driver back.

Lately I have been using a Launcher Comp 460cc driver but I have been missing a lot of fairways and losing confidence in my drives. So I pulled out my old Quadpro with stiff Bimatrix shaft for a change of pace. With the stiff Bimatrix shaft you really have to go at the ball (80% swings are not rewarded!) but when you do the result is long and accurate. Piercing to medium trajectory with good roll. The small head encourages a fast swing and I actually feel more confident with it than with my larger driver. Not quite as long as my Launcher Comp, but I know where the ball is going which is a fair trade-off. I will say the feel can be a bit harsh, even on good contact, I am guessing due to the Bimatrix shaft, but I am hitting fairways again and there is no reason for me to go back to a larger driver -- the Quadpro is staying in my bag.

P.S. I also have the same Quadpro driver with a stock Cleveland stiff graphite shaft and it is a mess! No control at all. Soft and mushy. Ick.

I have a 7 wood quadpro that I love, figured I try the driver. It's NOT as forgiving as I hoped. I don't see the accuracy that people claim to see. It's shaped very similar to the Titlest 975J & hits about the same. My Cobra SS 310 is still the most forgiving driver I've hit to date. I got the bimatrix shaft w/ my cleveland.A steal for the price now days if you like smallish heads

I took this club out to the course yesterday for the first time since picking it up for $20 on eBay (many thanks to Dallas Golf, from whom I bought it - they rated it's condition 3/5 but it looks almost brand new to me). I'm still getting used to swinging it, because it's about 2" longer than my old steel driver and has a larger club face. I hit 7/9 fairways, which is 2x as many as I usually hit. This club gives me a nice draw on decent hits, much better than the wicked slice I had with my old driver. I don't think I was getting many hits on the sweet spot but even the mediocre hits were going 200 yds straight down the fairway. Better swings were going about 250 with the aforementioned draw. I feel like I will get some more length as I adjust to the club, but even if I could get a consistent 250 yds on the fairway I would be happy. If you are a part-time golfer looking to improve your game (or even a more advanced golfer, but I can't really speak to that), I would highly suggest this club. You simply cannot beat it for the price.

A nice driver, but not good enough to knock my Adams GT363 out of the bag. Distance was a little shorter than the Adams but only by a few yards. Not as forgiving as the Adams but accuracy was good when you did put a good swing on the ball. Just not for me, I guess.

Best 30 bucks I've ever spent. Not the longest driver in my collection, but because of the feel, looks and playability I'm taking it to the course more than others. I really, really like the way it sets up. Great club for tight short par four's ... what the hell it's great for long par five's also. I've got to keep this secret from my wife a $30.00 driver that I like over my $500.00 drivers !!! WOW!

This is the best driver I've ever used and probably will ever use. It's long as hell, amazingly forgiving for a 260 cc head. I've hit jumbo drivers by Ping and Taylor Made that are not as forgiving and confidence inspiring. It's been a real fairway hitter for me. I repaced the stock shaft with a Penley Tour light S flex and it is a match made in heaven - boring trajectory but high enough launch so as not to lose potential distance. I belted one drive 350 yds, downhill and downwind, but still....My average is about 280 yds. Best of all, it doesn't sound hollow and feel like a 55 gallon drum when you hit it like some 300+ cc drivers do. Bigger ain't necessarily better. Rock solid, satisfying click feel. Beats me why Cleveland discontiued it. You can probably find one on eBay and they're not very expensive.

Customer Service

Cleveland sometimes has come pretty Sometimes disinterested, unknowledgeable customer svc. reps answer the phone. Fortunately, their products are great.

Awesome! Don't understand why Cleveland discontinued this club in favor of the Launcher. Maybe I'm in the minority, but bigger is not better. This club head's 270cc & deep face give me plenty of confidence. I have a UST ProForce 65 shaft on it and it is a weapon. Recently went out and shot 73 (with 2 penatly strokes) at the Running Y resort in Klamath Falls, OR. I hit EVERY fairway with this club, even holes where the GPS recommends laying up with. Solid hitting, nice feel (not the empty sound you get with titanium). Best driver I have ever used, period. End of story. Got one if you can find it.
