Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: CTU 30 Red & Blue Summary: I tried these balls due to my favorite ball not being made any longer (Strata Tour Ultimate). I really like the strata for a couple years and was wondering what to use in its place. I purchased the CTU 30s and have never regretted it for one minute! I was shocked to find I actually like it better than my old standard. It is more accurate and holds a line much better than the Strata. It doesn't spin quite as much, but, that's ok too because my home course has reasonably soft greens for most of the year so it's not a problem to hold the green even with the Callaway VFT irons, which are great but don't offer much in the way of "control". Anyway, I was actually hitting this ball longer by at least 10 yrds than anything else I've used. I immediately bought 3 more dozen before they discontinue them. Since this ball is over 2 yrs old now, I'm sure a "newer and better" model will come out sooon. However, I've got enough now to last me through the fall and into winter.
Give 'em a try, you will not regret using the CTUs either red or blue. Customer Service: n/a Similar Products Used: Strata Tour Ultimate, Precept Tour Advantage, Maxfli Noodle, Lady Precept, Titleist DT, Titleist DT SoLo and some others.

Shoots in the 90s
, from RDU area, NC, US Model Reviewed: Callaway CTU Red Summary: Great ball. Just enough spin/feel. IMHO, the blue versions of these balls (both HX and CTU) are too soft. Unfortunately, all of these balls are VERY prone to peeling/cutting, as the covers are not at all durable. Great ball to buy used (if you can find them in good condition), but not worth the dough. Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: ctu 30 red Summary: i found one and was a little hesitant to try it because other red calloways seem so hard. not so with the ctu 30. pro's are still playing this ball it will bite and will go far. don't expect it to back off the greens. it will bite but not as much as some other balls. i used this ball for 45 holes before retiring it to my shag bag. these are good balls but, too expensive even at $32 a doz. Customer Service: not used Similar Products Used: all name brands

Shoots in the 80s
, from VA ,USA Model Reviewed: Callaway CTU Red Summary: This ball barks like a rabid big dog off the tee and purrs like a homesick kitty cat around the green. You cannot go wrong with the CTU Red. It sticks as well as the Blue on approach shots without sacrificing any appreciable feel on chips or putts. Customer Service: excellent all the way Similar Products Used: Titleist PRO V1, Titleist PRO V1*, Callaway APEX TOUR, Nike TOUR ACCURACY DD, Precept TOUR PREMIUM LS
