If you don't like to twist your putter and work the ball with your hands, this Carbite ZC Mallet putter is very recommendable. Solid pendulum with soft feel on soft balls and hard feel on hard balls. Metal-insert, not sort of pudding like the twisty odd-dysseys. Good for chip-puts as well. Very straight.

Customer Service

Never needed. By the way: This putter seems to be undestroyable by normal use.

Odyssey White No. 5, MaxFli T-Bone I (by Tad Moore) (great putter too).

I generally put well with any putter. From my chrome miniture golf ambidextrious blade to my Taylor Made Roho, I thought they were all the same. I noticed I was hunching my shoulders a little at address with my 34 inch Roho so I picked up the Carbite Mallet(very similar but has a tad bit heavier more pendulous feel) in a 36 inch. The ball doesn't come off the face as hot as it did on the Roho. I went on a streak of good putting with the Roho but then the long come back putts psychologically got to me to the point I started leaving putts short. With the Carbite putt length seems very much in good relationship with the swing length. I guess Carbite is out of business so these putters are selling for $30-40. Really isn't the prettiest putter but I just wanted to start collecting some cheap options to experiment with.

The best putter I have ever owned, would recommend Carbite to anyone. Not generally one to follow info-mercials, but it has truly made a believer out of me. If I ever upgrade, it will definitely be to another Carbite, nothing else comes close.
