Review Abstract The Karsten Manufacturing PING Isopur Series sets up well, has "an excellent feel and great balance," "it looks good and instills confidence." The synthetic polymer Isopur Insert helps players "feel putts better," and "reduces three putts." Reviewers commented on the "solid click" at impact and "true roll" imparted on the ball. "More resonably priced than most insert putters," the Ping Isopure is a great combination of price and performance.

Summary: If I miss with this putter It's because I have failed as a golfer. This piece of mid price golf equipment just feels sweet at impact and then it's easy to go low with it, if I read my putts properly. I have taken some putting lessons and they were really the secret to scoring, with any putter for that matter. When I light it up I have gone into the seventies with my old $20 putter, it really doesn't matter what your using to putt with, it's just all you at that point. This Ping is surely a super addition to any golfers bag. Over the years I have found while it can help your game, even the best equipment is no substitute for skill and patients.
Customer Service: N/A - If you break a putter you should hang em up.

Summary: Picked this club up for 60 dollars CDN. Absolutely love this putter. I call it the work horse of putters. Nothing fancy, but gets the job done. I also re-gripped it with the blue G2i Ping grip. Wow, what a sweet grip. Excellent weight, excellent feel. Not too soft, just right.
Lag putts are much easier with this putter than others I have tried. If you can find one for cheap, it is a sure fire!
Enjoy.

Summary: I've noticed that most of the people that like this putter don't shoot in the 70's, so maybe it's more for game improvment, because I hate this damn thing. I bought this when I was first starting to play golf, and before I knew anything about my game or my preferences. Years later, after I was much better (consistently shoot in the 70's), I bought a Odyssey white hot, and a few months later, a used Titleist Scotty Cameron newport. Both putters I like much more than the ping--they just feel right. Obviously I like the scotty cameron best (which unfortunately I had to sell when tight on cash), and maybe it's unfair to compare a $110 Ping to one of the best putters in golf, but when compared, I hate the Ping. I dislike the grip, the unresponsive shaft, and the soft face insert--it feels like you're putting behind the ball, and the roll feels inaccurate...
I'll stick with my White Hot until I can afford another Titleist.
