Summary:
This is my second year with this putter, and I must say that this is the best putter I have ever hit. I've played with scotty camerons, Pings, and many others, but nothing compares to this. It is extremely easy to line up because of its square look--I think this also promotes a square stroke. The distance control is also great. Simply a great putter

Odyssey 550

Summary:
I went online to look for a new putter. Odyssey looked to be one of the hottest sellers on the market today. So after reading some reviews on the 550, I went over to EBay and found a slightly used one for a very good price. (slightly used is being modest...this putter was basically brand new.)

First off, it has a very heavy head. Well heavier than I was ever used too. When the stronomic insert makes impact on the ball, you almost do not feel it, and the ball literally explodes off the head. This makes you really comensate for your putting swing. You do not have to put any effort into it at all. I have yet to experience any "skipping" off the head when I make impact.

The grip on the shaft is very comfortable in feel, and really forces your hands into a one stroke motion that creates no twisting of the club. Right off the bat I was making ten foot putts with confidence that I had not experienced in well over a year.

A very good entry level putter for the weekend golfer. I did not want to spend 150+ dollars for their two ball putter, but if you are willing to search ebay a bit, you can find Odyssey putters for a very reasonable price.

I have always considered myself a good putter, but recently i had lost confidence in the putter i was using. It was basically a no name putter that I had owned for nearly 20 years. Yes 20 years!! But recently I was not getting the putts out of it like I had used too. I think I had bent the shaft a little bit.
