Summary: Best of all the putters I have used in the last 20+ years. This putter has vastly improved my confidence in the putting stroke. Putting, like the game of golf, is very much a mental game, and this putter sure has given me the mental confidence that a good stroke of this putter will be either made or a tap-in will be the next stroke. Comes with a very nice leather putter cover.
Customer Service: Haven't had to deal with them on a technical level, but through emails, I received nice letters back to my inquiries.
Similar Products Used: Ping B60, Scotty Cameron Newport, Mitchell brass, TaylorMade Rossa Monza Corsa, Mizuno, Bettinardi B43, and a variety of others.

Summary: Excellent putter and probably the best I have used as far as accuracy. The weighting is excellent and very smooth throughout the stroke. There is absolutely no twisting or turning and very easy to make a true pendulum stroke. Great putter!!
