Summary:
Excellent putter!!
After trying dozens of putters at the local Golf Store it came down to a choice between the STX or the Odyssey White-hot Rossie.

I conducted a series of putoffs over 2 weeks at the stores indoor green and each time the STX matched and beat the Rossie hands down.

The fact that the STX was cheaper than the Rossie clinched the deal.
Performance on the course has been better than expected - it is a very futursitic design but it works like magic every single time!!

the face is so soft and amazing really helps to promote a truer roll, I can see other putters actually make balls jump when they make contact - witht he STX its all smooth.

Try it out and see if you like it.

STX Greeny 5

Summary:
The best putter I have ever owned. My problem in putting is a case of "the shorts." The STX Greeny 5 essentially solves the problem, irrespective of the type of ball one uses. The face insert increases the likelihood that you will get the ball to the hole. The putter is also face balanced to assure a square face when you execute the putting stroke. I have discovered that utilizing an open putting stance (left foot back, slightly relaxed grip pressure, and utilizing the pendulum stroke maximizes the likelihood that the putter face will hit the ball squarely along the desired line. This putter is particularly effective from long range. It is also vry effective from hitting out of the fringe. It probably does not result in that much improvement on short puts since they are dependent upon precisely judging both speed and line, i.e., related to skill level in which I am sorely lacking. Strongly recommended for the high handicapper who is working on basic mechanics. Also comes with a second face insert for slower greens. I believe that you can spend more and still not have a putter that is so easy to use and that gives consistent performance even on off-center hits.

Customer Service:
Not necessary, though I have owned this putter for over 1 year
