    Summary:
Golf Digest says 3 1/2 stars out of four and I agree 100%. A great value. A nice combination of long par fours and some driveable par 4s. You start with an eagle possibility on a short par 5 on hole one. Plays plenty tough from the back tees in the wind. A nice drive from Austin - well worth the trip. Great greens, strategically placed fairway bunkers, great layout. I could play this course every day.

    Customer Service:
    Great. Very professional staff.

Good grill/snack bar. Nice clubhouse, it has a country club look to it.

Reviewed by: divotman, Shoots in the 90s

    Summary:
many trees and bunkers strategically placed make it challenging for any level player. the rough is very deep, and they recommend keeping an eye out for rattle snakes so it's easy to lose balls if you hit too many slices or in some cases if you drive the dogleg. pace can be slow because they allow fivesomes, so expect a 5 hour round at peak times.

    Customer Service:
    no beverage cart

    Summary:
Nice fun course. The best muni. I have ever seen. Fantastic clubhouse and driving range. The most unique putting green I have ever seen. It is a huge donut with cactus in the middle. The course is beautiful and well maintained. It has a few reachable par 5's which is fun. Highly recommended and a great drive to Burnet.

    Customer Service:
Easy to make tee times. Very friendly. Worth the trip!
