Excellent teaching video. Markedly improved my swing and dropped my handicap from 17 down to 12 over 2 months. Learn where your club and body are supposed to be during these eight steps of the swing. If you can keep hitting your positions you'll be amazed how much you'll improve. I was and I'd highly recommend this product.

Very good book for better players. Helped me learn where the club is and where it should be during the swing. Picked this book up after reading Swing Machine Golf by Paul Wilson (www.theplayerszone.com), which really helped me get down the basic fundamentals. I'm now very consistent and ijmproving contact as a result of studying this book and the Swing Machine Book. Neither is a get fixed quick book, rather thye are for people who want to build a solid foundation and work on it.

Model Reviewed: Jim McLean's 8 - Step Swing

McLean teaches sound fundamentals in this great video. No Hype, No secrets, only factual information that can be reviewed when the need arises. If you are interested in the way the golf swing should work and avoiding bad habits, I highly recommend the 8-Step swing

This is a great video. There is a lot of information, so it's probably best to watch it in 8 separate sessions, learning each step 1 at a time.

Jim McLean is an excellent instructor. The "8 Step Swing" provides very specific direction to improve your golf swing. I particularly appreciated the swing training drills.

A "must-buy" for anyone who wants to elevate their game. McLean, a re-knowned teacher of the game, does an excellent job of teaching the 8 main checkpoints - just like the checkpoints that you see in the golf magazines, where they show a PGA pro's sing sequence.

He explains each one in detail, but more importantly describes the fundamentals of each step. This video in not a gimmick or "get-good-quick" video (unlike other videos that you seee on those late night infomercials). You need to practice at the range, the fundamentals that McLean describes and also, do the drills that he recommends.

I've watched the video several times and watch various steps periodically as a reminder.

Using McLean's teachings, as a 2nd year beginner, I've started this season on the right track and have now gained some consistency. When my swing starts falling apart, I now have a good handle on what needs correction.

Shoot in the 80s

A very well done video with some useful tips. You really need to try and view one or two segments at a time and work on those few aspects. If you view the whole thing and try and put it into practice, your head will be filled with too many thoughts.
