Summary:
How any company gets good reviews for this bag is beyond me. The strap system is terrible. It digs into my back even after at least an hour adjusting it. I can't believe anyone carries this bag for 4 hours and doesn't have an abraded shoulder blade.

Sunmountain Superlight 3.5

Summary:
Great carry bag. I have walked with this bag probably 15 times, and have not had any problems with it. It has a nice wide mouth on it, allowing for easy insertion of clubs, and easy selection. The large pocket on the side is great for large items, like rain gear, or even shoes. Great, easy access water bottle holder, excellent tee pocket, and extra's pocket. Also, a great, fleece lined valuables pocket. Good foot lever, and leg system.

Love it - it is so light I carry it all the time and even use it as my cart-bag when I am not walking.

Sun Mountain 3.5

Summary:
Save your money. I have had 2 other Sun Mountain bags and this one does not get the job done. It damaged my driver, 3-wood and 7-wood shafts. They sent a kit and now the clubs are hard to get out. The legs stay open and cause you trip over them.

Customer Service:
Called customer service and they said they would send me another kit or send me a "second" bag that would have some kind of problem. They could not send me a new one or give me a credit to get a newer model.

Model Reviewed:
3.5 Superlight

Summary:
This is a very well designed bag for the golfer who likes to walk when they play. There is more than enough room for a full 14 club set and amply room for storage as well for rain suits etc. The only problem I had was that material on the dividers that began to ware down to the plastic after only 25 rounds of play.

Customer Service:
I returned the bag to Golftown with no problems for exchange, picked out a Ogio Vaporlite
