this ball is like glue on the greens, low or high shots. i stuck this ball on the green from 240 out with a 3 wood. hit this ball same distance as any tother ball including pro v1. have to keep in mind the golf ball doesn't make the ball go straight, it's having the correct swing!! dont waist your money on $45 balls unless you just want the brand or make lots of money unlike me...

Decent ball, spins nicely, good distance off driver with slighly lower than average ball flight. Better distance than most spin balls. But... durability is brutal, any wedge shot will scar cover, never last more than a few holes. Also slightly hard feeling for a "players" ball. With better durability it would be a 4 star ball

Good ball. Spins well on full wedge shots, but does not bite as much as the Strata Tour Professional on short pitches and greenside chips & bunker shots. Also disintegrates quickly. I stil prefer the Strata line.

The New 2nd generation Precept Extra Spin, (not the old EV model), is one of the best 2 peice balls on the market. I prefer it over Titleist's hp eclipes or distance. The HP tour is similer to the new extra spin. The HP's cover is more durable, but I don't believe that the HP tour holds the green as well. The extra spin is way better that any of the top flite's.

For me, it feels solid off the putter and seems to roll true. I find that it holds the green quite well. Like most two peice balls, you will find that it's long off the tee.

The cover of this model is fairly soft.
Once you play several holes with one ball, the cover's "white" finish will turn "beige"! Even though this ball will loose it lustor, it will continue to play very well. You have to figure out for yourself if this drawback is acceptable. For me it is.

It's not my favorite ball, but I like this model from precept feel comfortable recomending it.

I immediately noticed the soft feel of this ball. I stops well on any green condition and I didn't notice any significant loss of distance. I agree with the many reviews about the durability of the cover being below average. But if that's the price for this kind of performance, I'll put up with it.

Used to play this ball when I was a 8-12 handicap. A great ball for guys in this handi range. A good place to start when you first start getting a "feel" for a ball, although now, they feel like "rocks" to me , they still feel better than most of the balls on the market. The down side to these balls are the "baloon effect" you get from all clubs while hitting these balls. If you like extremely high hit iron shots and ballooning drives, this ball has that down-side.

I bought a dozen because of the price just to try them out. The distance was a little shorter them I'm used to when playing Strata Tour, but an all around good ball. It feels very soft off of irons and around the green and seemed to hold it's line well. I was backing them up even on soft greens, but they seem to shred very easily. Although I didn't lose any, I did go through 4 of them because of the excessive shredding. All in all a very good performer for the price.
