Description Unlike any other ball on the market, the solid core, three-piece HX features a patented tubular lattice network that results in 100 percent surface area coverage. The design improves low-speed lift and reduced high-speed drag to give you a more penetrating trajectory, greater carry, more roll distance and unsurpassed flight stability.
Summary: hey, i've been playing dt solos for about 4 years (right now im 14 and shoot high70/low 80's) and i switched to the nxt and really liked it, and when i was in sports authority i saw these balls for the firs time, but i remembered that i really liked the one that i found in the woods somewhere
so i bought them and took them to the course and i REALLY likes them
if you like to get a ton of spin than these check up better then any other ball that i've ever played or found
the only problem is if you're not the straightest driver than you'll diffinetly have your struggles because this ball has a lot of side spin, but i haven't noticed it having very much on my 3 wood hybrid or long irons, so it must just have to do with drivers having hardly any loft
props to callaway because ill be playin these balls for the next couple years or so :) :)
oh-and at about $25 a dozen they're not over priced

Summary: Surprisingly this is a very good ball. I am not a big fan of Callaway but for the value this ball is worth buying (i think it is now discontinued). It feels very very good off the clubs and the putter but the only drawback is that is scuffs easily. Not a distance ball, but do 5-10 yards really make a difference???. Great performance around the greens. The HX tour feels just as good but goes further. I would certainly recomend this ball over the NXT's. I think this ball is the king of the $20 range balls.
Customer Service: not used

Summary: This is a great ball. It's certainly not the longest ball out there, but I find it to be straight off the driver. Length isn't an issue for me, so I wanted a ball with predictable spin and control around the greens. The HX Blue is that ball. This ball is very soft off the driver and the irons. It feels like butter. While it's not as long as the ProV1 or the HX Tour, it spins every bit as much as both and I believe has more bite and control. Wether you're hitting a high lob or a short chip, this ball will stick like glue and has a predictible release. If you play on really soft bent greens, this ball may spin too much. I have spun 8 irons off the green with this ball before, so you really have to flight your irons on soft greens. However, if you play on bermuda, this is your ball. The HX Red ball will go a mile, but will not have the soft feel and bite as the Blue. This ball is very soft, therefore it is easy to scuff on cartpaths or even the short irons. I play the new 2006 Big Bertha irons and I have peeled these with the pitching wedge. So I'll give them a 4 rating on value. I got 6 dz of these on Ebay for $1 per ball in like new condition!
Customer Service: never used.

Summary: This is such a wonderful ball. If you like you ball soft and ability to make it stop and drop on the green this is it. I've read many of the reviews and the only thing that I have to agree on is that it does scuff..if it hits the cart path or trees..but that's YOUR fault..not the balls. As far as durability if hit correctly it's as good as PV1's. I love the clean design to and the hex's are just cool..you feel good playing it. It's awesome around the green too. Maybe pricey but well worth it.

Summary: I used these balls and i found that they were very good for the price, except the durability. I found that they did not effect my driving very much and I got excellent spin around the greens. And I do not think that they will cause you to shoot a 50 or much off of your normal score, it isnt the ball that shoots high its the golfer.
