Summary:
I've tried them ALL. I read every review of golf balls, and can even tell you how many dimples each specific ball uses (seriously). This ball rocked my golfing world! Feel BETTER than the V1X and is longer. Backs up like the VI. Has the trajectory of no other ball! I use a T.M. R580 with reg. flex. My swing is high 90's. This ball gets airborne instantly, then it flattens out forever and stays up like a UFO, then lands like an F-18 in a carrier deck. I'm always looking for these about 15 yards shorter than where I thought it couldn't have gone further than! $25???!!! Awesome. I just bought 5 boxes....5!!! from Dick's. I gave away my Callaway's Nike's and Titleists. My playing partners (proV1 users) recently all asked me to pick them up boxes.

Customer Service:
Don't know. But Dunlop is the second oldest manufacturer of Golf Balls, they use the SAME production lines as Maxfli and Srixon, but they only sponsor only 1 pro (JD), and don't advertise - therefore $25 3 pc. urethane ball vs $40 shorter-over-hyped-WORSE-performing ball. If you are a suntanned, gold chain wearing old fart - stick to your PROV status symbols and let me play through while I out-drive you and back it up into your waste of money!
