Pinnacle Gold Soft

Summary:
Picked these up for 7.50 for 15 balls. I love these balls. The have good distance, pretty soft feel. Consistent balls that don't seem to wear out. I've had 30 balls for about 15 rounds and they still play like new. Good ball to pick up on special.

Model Reviewed:
New, 2005 Gold Distance

Summary:
As I said in my Exception review, I used to play Gold LS balls and swore I'd never play a Pinnacle again because they were so hard, had no feel and had no spin.

I found a new Gold Distance (you can tell by the new logo) and was surprised at how soft it felt. It went long and straight, but had very little spin so stopping it on the greens was hard.

Overall GREATLY improved feel over the older Gold Distance and Gold LS balls. If you have trouble hooking or slicing this may be a good low cost ball for you, but if you like to spin the ball look elsewhere.

Almost everything, compares to XL-3000 super feel, Infinity Buttery Feel, etc. Much softer feeling than Top Flite XL, XL distance, XL-3000 super long and latest TF Long.
