Description The soft responsive Z-Balata Cover of this ball generates extra spin for precise shot making. It also utilizes a Tungsten Core for an amazingly soft feel along with Titanium for explosive distance.

Summary: Played in a two day tourneyment 2 weeks ago with a best buddy, got on the driving range just before my tee off time, I then realized...I forgot to pack my golf balls.
I usually use Titleist pro v1x, I then scrambled to the club house all that was left was 2 sleaves of topflite 2000es.
moments from tee off time, I marked my balls and teed off, I was amazed at the feel of these balls, my drives I lost about 7 to 10 yards, my irons losing about 5 yards but...I can adjust, when the ball stops dead on the hardest of greens with just the right amount of back spin on others, (say what you want).
the over all control, high cut, slight draw is outstanding thanks TOPFLITE, I've been playing titleist for the last 3 years, drivers, fairway woods, irons, putter, balls (until now).
Oh by the way i took the runner-up spot at 6 under, not bad considering I thought all was lost because I didn't have my titleist balls.
I have just ordered 3 boxes of TOPFLITE 2000es and I'm still looking for my first win...soon,
Thanks again TOPFLITE! job well done! you keep on making a very good ball! I will keep on having a great game, what a great team.

Summary: SPin?? I don't think so. It's like hitting a piece of bone china. For high handicappers Top-Flite is a logical choice for both value and price but anyone looking for spin performance off most 2 piece balls is in the wrong area of the market. Maxfli Noodle are about the only ones I've tried in the 2 piece category that were good performers. I normally play a 3 piece spin ball so this review may be a little biased. If you really want a 2 piece with some spin try the Maxfli's - a few more $$ but better performing.

Summary: I have been using this ball off and on for the past couple of years and really love this ball. I play many of the Top Flite 2000/3000 balls and have had great successwith all of them. The newer 3000 super spin is a little longer and they play the same for me. For a ball that stops on a dime and backs up like a Chevy stuck in reverse the distance is fine with me. I average 285 off the tee so distance is not a real concern but control is. Accurate, putt well and good distance. I've played many of the so called premium balls and frankly, they are not worth $ 20-$30 more a dozen. Frankly, the average golfer does need to pay $50 dz on a golf ball, the 2000 exceptional spin is all the ball you need. For those of you who think the ball is to short off the tee.....I hit a 345 yard drive and hit a 5 iiron on a 546 yard par 5 yesterdaY WITH THIS LITTLE OL SPIN BALL. ps. SANK THE EAGLE PUT TOO!!! i DO GET LUCKY ONCE IN A BLUE MOON NOT BAD FOR A 53 YEAR OLD MAN.

Model Reviewed: XL 2000 Exceptional Spin
Summary: These balls are great. I almost broke 100 with them. The distance is not different from XL 2000 Extra Long but the Exceptional Spin can stop on the green on approach shots much better. The Exceptional Spin is a little softer than the Extra Long, but still much harder than the Topflite Tour. For my ability, I think the Exceptional Spin is a very good ball and worth its value. This is a very good all around ball with exceptional value and durability.

Summary: K-mart had 50% off all Clearance items, so I picked up a 15 pack of these balls. True to form they are not good for distance, but they are excellent into greens. I use them only for Executive courses and Pitch & Putt's. If you use it for those purposes you'll have found the bargain of a liftime !
