Summary:
I agree somewhat with the last guy, this ball is pretty boring. There is nothing exciting about this ball. It doesn't feel well, it doesn't fly far, boring to putt with. Man, talk about not adding confidence to your game, this ball is not even as good as an out-of-round Noodle ball! Save your money and get a better ball and help your game.

Wilson Jack

Summary:
I got a pack of these balls for Christmas, so I gave them a try. These were some of the most dissapointing golf balls I have ever hit. If you don't like hiting rocks without any feel, then I suggest you look elsewhere. Although you do get insane distance with these balls off the driver, they lack feel and workability bigtime. Also, don't expect to be spinning these back to the flag. These balls are big and bulky, and inspire no feel or confidence for any decent golfer.

Customer Service:
Never used.

Nothing beats the ProV1's. Nothing.

Wilson Jack

Summary:
A ball that lives up to its billing. Maybe when I get better I will be able to get the true sense of a particular ball in all facets of the game, but for me, at this time, this is a great ball. LONG!! And also feels OK in all other areas, at least for me, for now. Of course, if you hit it wrong, it will go a LONG way in the wrong direction.
The Black Jack is the same ball. Wilson had to change the name due to a law suit. You can guess by who!

Similar Products Used:
Titleist NXT Tour, a great ball as well.
Precept U-TRI Tour and Strata, both also good but lack the distance potential of the Jack.

Summary:
I bought a Jack pack when they first came out and believe it or not, I got my first hole-in-one! Great distance, great feel, great website!

Customer Service:
Of course, the hole-in-one netted me some goodies from Wilson, but I'd praise this ball even if it hadn't!
