I liked the driver for the first year, but right at the year mark, the top of the head cracked. I've heard of the other woods doing this, but it split right across the front of the top. Great club until then. Customer Service Their customer service was great. They're easy to get to on the phone and there was a couple day delay via email. No less, they replaced the driver with a newer and better one. For this, I give them the highest marks. I love my new one. |

Adams Golf Gt extreme
I have the newer version of this driver the GtX2. This driver has sort of the same feel as the highbore. This is very long and hard to hit straight. I usually slice farily badly. The top of the driver dents easily to. Similar Products Used: High bore |

Adams GT Xtreme Driver
This is probably the best sub $200 ($80 at Dicks) driver one can purchase. Adams' Redline shaft are made by Fujikura, and although the Xtreme shafts do not designate this, they match up identical with Fujikura characteristics on a frequency analyzer. This is a looooong driver and it does get the ball up in air as advertised. It has a low-spin face, so it's not exremely workable, you have to be a fairly straight to a moderately fader/drawer of the ball to use this club. Plus, unless your swing speed is a min of 105 mph, a low-spin club will be detrimental to your distance, so consider the reg flex shaft unless you are a long hitter, in which the stiff flex will work. If you learn to hit this driver, you will be Xtemely satisfied. |

Adams GT Extreme 9 degree offset
The GT Extreme is an ok driver, I bought the 9 degree offset hoping to cure my slice but it really hasn't helped much. But if your looking for extra distance this club will give you an extra 30 yards. But not worth paying $100 dollars for. |
