Summary: I've read many reviews on this club because I was very interested in the "square head" hype. Up until I bought one, I was of the opinion that square heads were just a gimmick, if so, I've bought into it. Yes, like many other reviews, I've probably lost a few yards (5-10 maybe) but the extra fairways that I'm now hitting more than make up for it. I'll take 5-6 more fairways over 10 yards any day of the week, its a heck of a lot easier to hit a 9 iron off the fairway than a pitching wedge out of the rough. If you're the kind of guy that just has to "grip it and rip it" then this probably isn't the club for you but if you're looking for good control and more fairways then you simply must give this club a shot. My next purchase will be a 3 wood to match. The only thing left in my bag (other than my putter) that isn't Callaway is my Titleist 5 wood and it is soon to be replaced with a Callaway FT-i 5 wood. From a formerly hooked-on-Ping kinda guy, you need to seriously look at Callaway if you want to save some strokes.
Customer Service: N/A, I knew what I wanted when I walked into the Golfsmith store.

Summary: I love this club, I can really whip it around out of my baclswing and launch it down the middle, for a 9 degree stiff shaft driver i sure get a high ball flight though, I wish it was more penetrating. the longer shaft on the club also helps with distance.

Summary: I loved this driver when I first got it, probably because I flew it ten yards farther than my old driver went. This is a great driver for the average player. If you struggle with slicing or hooking the ball, or just plain hitting the fairway, this club is for you. The only real drawback, though, is it tends to balloon up into the wind. But, overall, this is one of the best drivers I have ever owned.
Customer Service: Never had to use it.

Summary: I liked this club alot when I first got it. The sleek look and the different noise it made when you hit the ball gives you a little attention on the driving range. Plus I could crush it off the tee. I guess I still do like it I just picked up this slice from somewhere and have still not gotten rid of it completley. I'm pretty sure its my fault not the club. I'm so tired of people saying it has an annoying sound when you hit it. Its not like its a constant sound and if thats all you think about after you hit it then you got problems maybe you should worry more about where the ball is going.

Summary: I've had this driver for 3 weeks. Liked it a lot more than my Callaway Hyper X driver. I noticed that I was hitting by ball longer and straighter, as advertised. A few days ago, I decided to pick up my speed and I crushed a shot 300 yds. I was so impressed with my shot that I didn't pay attention to the awkward sound that the club made when I hit it. My friend heard a rattling noise as I lowered the driver and then noticed a crack. There is a seal that separates the club face from the rest of the club head. That seal snapped exposing some carbon fiber in the rest of the head.
I am a relatively new golfer, but I don't think clubs are supposed to break that easy.
Luckily the store I bought it from is giving me a refund and I will try another brand.
