Summary: Just started getting serious on golf almost 3 months ago and been practicing almost everyday. I started an Iron set on X tour Callaway. Loved it! But every time I starts on a Drivers then I have this big problem. A Big slice! A slice like a ball boomerang. In a good way I can catch the ball then hit it again and again. LOL.
Got some very good advised from a strangers in driving range and correct my swing. Now with the Proper Grip and Swing the FT-i regular flex also made it so easy for me. I like the feel compare to the other drivers. Now I've been hitting 220+ straighter and still improving.

Summary: Awesome, Awesome and Awesome. Went to Haggin Oaks. Got on the trackman, and it was telling me that my swing speed was avg 103mph. Well, low and behold. I thought I was a stiff type. I'm not! Regular works well with my NEW FT-5. Can you say FAIRWAY people. You have to try it. I've played...the Burner, Tour Burner, SuperQuad, r7 425, Quad, r5 Draw, Sumo, Ping G2, G5, and Callway Big Bertha/Ft-i. NONE compare, Trust me! The Ft-5 is HOT. And SUPER forgiving!!

Summary: So I just started to play golf in May of 2008, so I'm very new to the game. My buddy gave me his Callaway Hawk Eye 9.5 degree driver (circa 1998) and was hitting it pretty bad like 190 into the rough every time. Occasionally, I hit a good one, but the club was pretty hard for a new player like me to be decent with. I decided to use some extra Am-Ex points I had stored away to order the FT-5 for free. Good move. Today I was crushing this thing out of the driving range. The range I use is 255 yards and uphill, so it's anyone's guess how far my drives actually carried. I have no idea. All I know is I was hitting every shot beyond the range fence, and the other golfers who were practicing around me were all watching how I was swinging. The sound is nearly as bad as the other toaster drivers I tried out, but clearly the club is forgiving if a bad player like me can crush it so far. I'm looking forward to taking this on the course where I'm confident I can break 100 for the first time. Wish me luck!

Summary: this driver was amazing for improving my game. im now hitting 290 yards with this club and was hitting 210 before. i love the sound it makes, almost a clunk. i would recommend this club to anyone that wants to straiten out their shot with the draw or fade option.
