Summary:
I had to replace my travel clubs that got lost (this is why I don't take my "regular" clubs traveling with me!) and found this for under $60 with a Fujikura Tour Platform 26.3 shaft in it (a $90 shaft) and in perfect shape. It was love at first smash. It is old school looking for sure with no exotic shape or styling, but performance wise was excellent.

I found it had great feel, pretty forgiving, and for me a great ball flight. The shaft has a lot to do with all that for sure too. I can also work the ball nicely with it when its needed.

I'd venture to say it's about as good of a deal as I'll ever find. I hope to find another since my kid likes it enough to bench his new big name club and take this instead.

Summary:
I've struggled with drivers during my entire 13-year career. I would play a driver well for a few months, then just lose all feel with it somehow, resulting in a hook-fest. I went from Callaway to Taylor Made and even to some off-brand custom models. I eventually wound up with a Wilson Deep Red Fat Shaft. It was my favorite club in the bag. But I was maxing drives out at about 280. I talked to some people and they said i was cheating myself with such old technology. I had a cleveland quadpro 4 wood at the time, so I tried out this driver, 10.5 with an Aldila NV 65-S shaft.

I don't think I'll ever hit another driver again.

I was INSTANTLY 20yds longer, vs that Wilson club. The ball flight was higher, yet longer and just as straight, maybe just the slightest draw. I don't work my driver too much left to right, but I do hit high and low shots and this club does it easily.

It'll definitely ring your ears the first few hits. Still makes me laugh a little at the driving range, while I'm rubbing my right ear and watching the ball fly straight ahead, off the property.

Would be worth twice the price. I think I paid $175 new.

Summary:
I bought this club from the trunk of some guy's car at a gas station down the street from the course I play. $25.00. I figured I could e-bay it for fifty, so what the heck. After hitting it for a month, I now think I want to by buried with it when I die. I only hit my three wood 220, but there is a 50 yard gap between that club and my "new" driver. I can't slice it, it goes mostly straight with a draw bias, but the sound is frightening. People stare at me on the range, gawk from two fairways over, and if there's someone on the same hole, down range, they spin around like I just sniped one of 'em. Thank goodness I hit the crap out of this club, 'cause whith everyone staring, a bad shot would be very humbling. I'm going to find a couple more of these, in case this one wears out.

Summary:
Very great clubhead. Super long, was able to pull about 280, but I comfortably hit 260. Bought mine used for $75cdn, and is one of the best drivers to get your hands on. It's possible Cleveland's best driver to date, aside from the new Launcher 09.

At address, the club screams out confidence, and is very to look at:) the headcover is awesome too
