Cobra King Cobra 454 Comp

Summary:
I only played 3 rounds with my new Cobra 454 Comp driver before noticing that the top part of the face that meets the carbon fiber on the top of the club was torn. I think the carbon fiber used on Cobra drivers is either cheap, or the problem is a design flaw. I would not recommend buying any Cobra drivers that are designed with a carbon fiber top, because they are easy to break.

Cobra King Cobra 454 Comp

Summary:
I bought this driver because I wanted to increase my driving distance and the Cobra 454 Comp was recommended to me by a salesman at Golf Galaxy. I only played 3 rounds with this driver, and the seam where the carbon fiber meets the club face on the top portion of the face cracked. It seems Cobra has a problem with all of their drivers that have a carbon fiber head merging into titanium. I would not recommend buying a Cobra driver that has this combination, because it seems the carbon fiber Cobra is using is cheap.

Cobra 454 Comp

Summary:
I got this club used from a very close friend's father and long time golfer for free. At the time I had just started golfing and would average about 110-105 a round using an adams golf RPM redline. I starting hitting with the cobra and fell in love with it. If I hit it nice and easy I'm sure to get a 220+ drive straight were I need it. If I put some power behind it I can get it over 250 easy. I played about 2 days ago and started really pounding on it, I hit 17 of my 18 shots straight. This is by far the best driver I've ever played with. I was thinking of getting a burner since I've heard good things and I play all taylormade, but I see no point.

Customer Service:
haven't had to worry about it
