This is the best driver I've owned. Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about. Here are some of the drivers I've owned: Taylormade R7 460 TP, Titleist 907 D2.

This driver is consitent, has a great sound when hit on the center of the clubface and result of a decent swing is simply awesome. My driver is custom fit with the UST Proforce V2 X-Stiff. The low torque on this shaft helps me square the club face quite easily.

The day I figured out how to stay behind the ball, it changed my game and this driver started to yield fantastic results. My score dropped from the low 80s to the mid 70s. I now have a 6 handicap and with an average swing speed of about 104 mph, I average about 270 yards of the tee.

The other good thing about this driver is that there's no offset... so you can really work the ball. Also, unlike most OEM drivers which sit with a slightly closed face, this driver sits square when he set it down. This gives me the confidence that if I make a decent swing, I can hit it where I want to. I don't play as often as I'd like so, I have a 10.5 degree and that gives me plenty of forgiveness.

Every course is playable now. I played Chambers Bay (venue of the 2015 US Open and the 2010 US Amateur) the other day and hit 14 of 14 fairways... something I've never done in my life. Of course, the course is really hard and I can't afford $150 green fees every week, so I play this course about 2 times a year. I shot a 2 under on the back 9. wow... never shot an under par round on 9 holes. This driver set me up for that score.

Now for the bad... it's too expensive. Any sporting equipment that costs $400 for a single piece is too much in my mind. I don't think a driver should cost more than $200... hey, but that's just me. I mean think about it... Roger Federer's tennis racket costs $180. He number 1 in the world... different sport, but, I think the same amount of research goes into making that Wilson K Factor that it does to make the Nakashima... different sport, but you get the point.

Nakashima, reduce the prices, do some advertising, this baby rocks, it will sell like hot cakes.

Best driver I have ever hit. The sweet spot is huge and the ball jsut jumps off the face. When you oure it the club has the best feel of any driver I tied and on miss hits the ball holds the line well and distance lose is very small. I would put this up against an OEM driver on the market. I have a nv 65s in it and I my swing speed is between 95 and 105. The club and shaft combo jsut works for me!!!

Customer Service

I got custom fit and could not ask for more.

One word.....awesome. This is the longest and straitest driver I have ever used. I had a GBBII before this driver. I never really liked the Cally. I had my clubmaker take out the Fuji shaft that I had in my Cally and put in in the Nakashima. This thing is easily 20 yards past the Cally. It is a little loud but I got over it once I saw the results.

Horrible driver paid $450 to local Albuq NM custom club fitter and is the worst driver I have ever played. To big, to loud and very inconsistant, club builder put in a fugi vista pro after doing his "anylsis" of my swing. The problem is probably 90% shaft selection but I will never hit a NAK again

Customer Service

Poor tried to get custom builder to guy it back at 50%off or more just to get rid of it and it didn't happen.
