ZT Crown Jewel Maxima 360

Summary:
I was a little skeptical when I read the reviews, but I called ZT directly and spoke with John - he custom-fitted me for a club without any problems. This driver looks great and feels great.

I was only getting about 230yds with the old driver, a Ping knockoff. I'm 30, 155lbs., swing speed of about 95. I got a regular flex shaft and I'm glad I did. This thing goes BOOM! when you hit it, and the ball flight is high and long. The sound at impact is a solid rifle shot, not a 'plink' or "boing" like some Ti drivers. It really instills confidence. I'm getting on avg. about 15-20 extra yards per drive, and my average drive is much straighter.

I would advise teeing the ball up a little higher, for those unaccustomed to really deep-face drivers, but with a higher tee I've acheived great results. For the price this driver easily beats other clubs I've tried.

Customer Service:
The best in the business. John knows his products and stands behind them. Delivery can be a little slow from ZT if they're busy, but I've never seen a company that takes care of you like this. Their website at www.ztgolf.com is also helpful for getting specifications.

Zero Tolerance 360

Summary:
The first driver I owned was a ZT 260cc driver. Great driver but wanted to take advantage of the new drivers with bigger sweet spot, more forgiveness, and "advertised" longer distances. I tried several with the last being the Nike 350. I was all over the place with the Nike. Not to lay all the blame on the Nike, I had a stock regular shaft and my driver swing speed is 107. If I would have had stiffer shaft maybe I would have been more successful with it. I've had a chance to play four rounds with the ZT360 with an Aldila One mid-launch shaft. AWESOME. I've gone from hitting 8-9 fairways per round to 11-12 fairways. I've gained about 8-12 yards mainly due to the desired slight draw I'm able to hit now with the ZT360. I now hit @ 285 yards. The sound of the club is beautiful. Not ear piercing like some mentioned below. I would highly recommend this driver. I thought about waiting for the Ping Si3 but glad I didn't.

Customer Service:
Have not used the customer service at Zero Tolerance for a few years. Use to be great. Jon at clubwerks.com is courteous, quick and does a great job with customization.

Crown Jewel Maxima 360

Summary:
I shoot low 80's, 6' 2", 170 lb., 54 yrs. old, Swing Speed 98, Tempo 1.3 sec. This is the best driver I have ever played. In golf terminology I hit it "good". The look is rich, quality and somewhat traditional. I made this driver for my girlfriend who is 5' 9" and swings 75 MPH, flex 228 CPM, loft 12 Deg, 44.5", Apache Shaft, D 1. I tried it on the range for fun and then in a scramble. I hit normal, more boring trajectory with a draw IN THE MIDDLE and LONG, REALLY LONG. Normally I play 245-250 CPM, 45", D4, 10-10.5 Deg. I would have thought I would have hit it high left and all over the place but no. The only thing I can think is that I have a slow tempo which allows me to play a softer shaft. I am trying the Maxima 400 in the spring. Headcover is good especially the new ones. SUMMARY: It's all good!

Customer Service:
John is great. He really wants to help you and sell his product, but he wants to sell it for all the right reasons. If you need help he is more than willing and able.

ZT Crown Jewel Maxima 360

Summary:
Club - CJ Maxima 360 - 8 degree with Penley Stealth 70 stiff shaft.

What a difference the Maxima 360 has made to my game. Handicap has gone from 15 to 10 since using the 360 purchased in July.

My drives are straighter and much longer. More drives end up in the fairway than when I used my Titleist 975.

I now have more confidence using the Maxima 360 driver on tight driving holes where in the past I used an iron or 3 wood.

CJ Maxima 360

Summary:
I went neck to neck with the 360 and Nike 400, being Nike I wanted the 400 to win. But, after several rounds and trips to the range, the CJ wins hands down. The sound is awesome and just with a smooth swing gives me drives of 280+, I have not tried to juice it yet, because my next iron shot lands me on the green anyway.
Plus with the bargin I received, the club is in the bag to stay.
Anyone want to buy a Nike 400 9.5 s?
